I've never seen what mushrooms people have in other parts of the world, you have some interesting mushrooms. I would even consider some you picked poisonous In Russia we usually pick sponge mushrooms - they are meaty and a great choice for drying or frying. Mushrooms with gills usually good for pickling. But we rarely pick russulas because they are kinda..too simple? Not as tasty as porcinis or chanterelles and not suitable for picking and drying. By the way, russuals can be eaten raw with a bit of salt. Not particularly pleasant taste though...
@@alexanderwright9064 the earth balls are poisonous which is crazy as they could easily be mistaken for edible puff balls by a beginner- at least, until they are cut in half!

@@xto744 all the mushrooms in my basket were edible and not poisonous, as confirmed by my on hand expert 🙂
The only one I know is poison is the red one at the end. Taste rating on each one would b nice ! Nice vid.
