Seawater Pump stopped | Changeover star to delta

This water was overhauled by drydock motor and pump both but when fitted back, trial started for pump found stuck when change over from start to delta. Initially we checked the mechanical side, by hand pump rotate, final investigation found cable terminal wrong fitted.
