My first project in crocheting. I made a 11 foot long 8 foot wide single sntich crochet blanket it took 7 1 2 years to finish. Colors Hunter green and amethyst. Yes ,They do blend together after a few a years. all right handed. plus other crocheted blankie in between

Actually finished early this week so perfect timing for the next stitches. I’m doing both the blanket and squares and I also started another beautiful blanket in greens with 5he moss stitch so I should 3 blankets for the kiddos all at once 😊 thanks for everything you do ❤

Just ran across this video. I guess I missed when you started this one. You were talking about the cobblestone. I know that when I crochet and use a really dense pattern in the middle of a blanket, I have to go up a hook size for the dense pattern cuz I tend to do it tighter, and then go back up for the next section

I like the front side of the crosses better but understand why we need to work with the wrong side facing. Just wish we didn't lol
If I had watched the whole video first I would've don't the double v stitches on the wrong side. Just a personal preference

I love this week's stitches, but do I misunderstand the difference between single and double V stitches? The wheel landed on Double V Stitch but we did what I understand to be Single V Stitches.
I did a double crochet V stitch…I wasn’t sure how to put a symbol separating a single crochet v and a double v crochet
I just tuned in interesting will you have instructions on the blanket? Always wanted to do one with different stitching thanks for showing how it can be done
Hi there! I am new to your channel and enjoying the content. I have a question. How much yarn do you need of each color when you add a new stitch on the blamket square? I am sure it varies. Because everyones gauge is different. I am leary of using my stash because i would hate to not have enough for the panel section. Any suggestions? Like more than 100 yards for the section? Thank you in advance.
Getting a little overwhelming for me. How do you know how many rows are needed? Hope your having a good vacation.
Don’t let it get overwhelming. I mention in the video how many rows you need. Very simple.
@@JuanTheYarnAddict I know you tell us how many rows to complete, but was wondering how you know how many, is it to make it a certain size?
@@flowergirl9771 I aim to achieve 10 inches in width size each week- which means if you measure one side- it needs to grow by 5 inches. I decide for myself how many rows of each stitch I want and record the video. As I mentioned several times across the videos, I’m creating these projects on the fly right along with you guys. It’s not pre planned. It’s part of the fun :)

I ran out of color I was using for double v stitch so I've got four rows with v stitch and five rows of cross stitch....💜💜💜
