THE best soy sause i ever tasted is SAISHIKOMI Daitoku Shoyu 🤤 Haven't tasted many to be fair, but so far this was the best. Could drink it on its own.

I use kikkomon soya sauce for Chinese style cooking for over 40 years, and they taste just as well, may be even better.
