people saying her career is a flop are just silly. It's unrealistic and unnecessary for every working actor to be mega-famous (plus who wants to be, you can't even walk down a street or do your own grocery shopping). She's been consistently employed on good projects. Which is a lot more successful than most who come off big ABC or CW shows. Secret Life, Grownish, How I meet your father. Just because they're niche show's rather than a show like Game of Thrones that everyone watched doesn't mean they're not popular in their demographic and she's not a successfully employed actor on good quality projects. This girl is killing. Fame is not a measurement of success, never has been, never will be.
Absolutely loving the fact that Francia basically admitted she's a "woo girl", which happens to be a reference in HIMYM which I'm sure they didn't catch.
So cool seeing all my favorite childhood actors come together on podcasts.

I always thought her kidney donation was amazing.
Now I'm the parent of two young kids going through the transplant process (turned 3 this week and 6 at the end of the month) and I'm just even more amazed and in awe. It's inspiring. You don't know how much is involved unless your in it.

I personally think that the interview that Francia did in which made people think that Francia was forced to give Selena a Kidney, I think that the interviewer set up Francia, that she thought they were joking, and the interviewer tried to make it seem like Francia felt like she was forced to give Selena a Kidney, and Francia gave out a laugh that some people thought was an attempt to mock Selena, it's sad what some people will do to advance their own careers, drama can make media people filthy rich, People made careers for themselves by messing with Britney Spears.

You may not be rich but may I assume some well known actors are upper middle class and you are able to indulge in pleasures than the regular working man. Idk please enlight me. What's an annual salary for yall ? Mine is a little more than 30K ..I work 80 hours a week. I can't afford a house let alone a new build apartment . I know yall have yalls bare necessities covered. I stress about what bare necessities are more important than others.

I'm not sure because she has said more than once that she wanted to the donation because of God and she wanted to do it on her own. Maybe she stopped believing in God or something for a while.
She was probably going through a mix of emotions, especially the part where they told Selena they were a match before her. Also, she mentioned in an interview that she went through a period of depression. That interview could have been during that time.
