Neither are dependent on the knowledge of GS

Sir I want to prepare for upsc and i will do whatever it takes but i don't know anything about upsc at the same time i am doing job and i cannot leave it either i get 4 hours (max) time to study everyday please tell us how much time will it take to complete the syllabus of upsc and the time required for a serious aspirant to clear the exam who even don't know the U of UPSC from where to study ,what to study what not to study, when to read ncert, how to read NCERT, how to make notes for how much marks we should be aiming at , considering the mental fatigue after comming from a job ....
Can i clear the exam with such a rigid schedule or should i do something else as the opportunity cost of failing the exam is very very high
Should we take your navigator or not how will it help there is a lot of confusion about the navigator also even afer watching that vedio on navigator ...can it help the people who are starting from the scratch..will it provide me study material to start from the basic if not then from where to clear my basics..
Please clearly say no if this exam is not meant for me so that i can focus on other skills but i seriously want to clear this exam if possible ...

Sir, what is Smart Work and how to do it ?.
smart work is that through which you put less effors and get high returns.
For eg. You observe recent trends of upsc questions and focus on them more and get good marks. That's smart work.
