My grandfather came here from Italy and made guitars . I never had lessons but I can play guitar .
In his head he was reeling in the crowd...The place was empty when started and empty when he was done.
I grew up about 45 minutes away from Memphis and about an hour and some change away from Nashville, nobody that’s in Nashville trying to make it is really from the area is what I’ve realized. A lot of people come from Georgia, Alabama, Kentucky, and the Carolinas.
If you want to know about Nashville listen to upchurch talk about it. He says what's really going on there. Not how the music industry wants you to see it.

I used to spend a lot of time in Nashville. It is extremely hard to make it out there. It's really the luck of the draw. You can find people singing everywhere and many of them just as good and better than what's on the radio, but never make it.

Bro I love the show and your input is spot on. But do do not ask Luke how people in Nashville make it in the industry because it never happens to anyone like it did to Luke. Within 2 weeks of being in Nashville he was riding in a Sprinter fan doing local shows around that area. Then a few months later it was a large RV pulling a trailer doing shows regionally. After only being there a year they are sporting a entertainers bus and BAM he has made it. Now It’s in a million dollar Prevost Coach and trust me, it NEVER happens like that to anyone. To show up and go to work and just progress that quick…..But and this is the big part. Luke Combs busted his ass to get where he is today. That’s the truth. I live in Boone NC where Luke went to College and began this magic carpet ride.

Now I know that many of the people that follows Church does not like Luke Combs at all but it was messed up what he Luke done to Church but I will admit I like Luke's Music but it was truly disrespectful as hell but I do like his music.
I am the same way! I love his music but I cannot support someone who acts like that. I had She Got The Best Of Me on repeat for a while until I saw Church's video on Outlaw...now it feels tainted lol I am sure most people who "have made it" have used people to get to that position but Church is such a pure human being, I just can't get past it. lol To each their own though.
