did you have Beta mod installed on your mw ? I had that problem too but I fixed it with a simple script changes as this mod isn't made to be compatible with beta mod

no its not, its the bmw beta sound with lower pitch sound & slightly different whine sound from Carbon you can get it from the Beta Content Mod choose the Complex Installation method and you'll find the sounds file
I’d say in a sense it kinda is the sound they used for Carbon. When this version redlines, it sounds the exact same from Carbon. If you watch Speedychan’s video of him free roaming in the PS2 Demo, you’ll hear a different redline than this one. And “77x5Ghost : The Alt” managed to grab that same exact file and put it on the Street Version GTR in his video also. It’s so little detail I’m paying attention to hear I feel insane lol. The whine is from the demo of course as we all know.
