True. fear can break down your immune system. I was assaulted couple of months ago and was in fear of the person was going to come after me. the past couple of months I've had lots of anxiety. I have been sick three times once each month w some respiratory thing that's going around. I truly believe anxiety,stress and fear can affect your immune system
