You have to be in the thick of it with your employees and understand at a root level how everything functions and when you have that kind of close relationships with your workers you can truly understand what they value as well and make the working environment that much better.

Especially once I hit my 30s essentially don’t have time for anything besides work and my girlfriend. You’re still friends with everyone but it’s just different than being 21 and going out all the time. Just the pages in the book turning.
