I was somewhat shocked at how much the Kickstarter was at already, all I can say is congratulations and that it's well deserved for all the hard work going into it.
How to play a ninja:
Option 1: Rogue Arcane Trickster.
Option 2: Shadow Monk.
The New Option 3: Wizard Shinobi.
If you squint hard enough, Echo Knight is basically someone who uses shadow clones.

I can't wait for this I'm so happy the only thing that can make this better is if you made a whole Nordic themed one next I'm just so upset that the car broke down so the 300 I saved up for backing sadly is be knocked down to 60 so I can at least get the hardback but man I hope to keep helping fund more stuff like this and keep up the amazing work everything that I've seen so far has me so hyped for this I just hope that you or someone else in the future you can make like I said a Nordic themed one of this or germack because that old Nordic Gaelic and old German type stuff and monsters that they have in their lures is just amazing

Hey i’m looking to back this amazing book, but i have some questions about the content of each bundle. Firstly what is the difference between the “Ryoko’s Guide” book and the “Wrath of the Kaiju” book? also does the core book contain the handouts that you can print yourself, or do those only come seprately? thanks so much!!
wrath of the kaiju is the book with the kaiju adventures, ryokos guide has the core rules and player options.
Can you get it after kickstarter if so where new to D&D , this setting is totally up my alley
I am so, so tempted to back this at Deluxe once I have a bit more cash saved up... This has to be THE best looking and presented expansion for 5e I've seen so far, and it's really playing to my love if Monster Hunter with the Kaiju and weapon crafting... plus my love for the unusual creatures of asian mythology and lore.

Got the Beta PDFs. We are doing a Playtest session (8hour session) on 7JAN2024. I will also be reviewing the Beta on my RUclips channel (connected to my name here). There are many things that I like and some that I do not like. Will address those in the video review.
I think @DnDShorts made a 5e stat block for this yokai, look for ryoko’s guid to the yokai realms.

I didn’t see it anywhere but is the Core bundle the only one that offers VTT? Do the higher tiers offer everything from their predecessor tiers, or is each one unique?
I really wanted to back this project. Full deluxe pack plus dragon mini. But I can't, because Kickstarter only accepts credit cards, but I don't have one and I refuse to get one. Sucks.
In the future I'll be able to buy it in any other link or in the same kickstarter?, i dont know how it works and don't have the money at the moment :C

That is NOT how "Kickstarters" works.
-> You have ONLY 30 days since the moment it goes "LIVE" (today:2023.09.14) to PLEDGE one option (aka: a later "maybe" BUY).
After that, it may be NEVER be available again.
This kinds of projects are not made by super powerful companies, but normal people.
This oportunity may be the only one.
Or perhaps a new project made by the same people later COULD offer (as an extra, bonus) a copy if this "old" kickstarter [this is rarely done].
-> In this particular case (even rare-er), a kickstarter that goes beyond 1 MILLON dolars has a great chance to become a "real" product available in physical stores a year or two AFTER the distribution of this kickstarter finishes.
My recommendation: If you can not buy it now/this_month ; save money instead for 2024 (next year).
You are going to need it for the new refresh version of "Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition (2024)" [at least the "Players Handbook"].
So, just wanted to make sure before I back this, but the Kitsune race option. What kind of build options were you thinking for that? Do they have subraces to keep up variety? Do they get any interesting abilities aside from shapeshifting to keep them relevant against a Changeling? Or is their shapeshifting even something that is beyond a Changeling, where they can change into something that doesn't have the same limb arrangement? Allowing them to change into a full fox form, instead of an anthro humanoid?
Im sure llike for almost all races can use them for any class, not really like Kobolds with the -2 stg back when so sucked for stg ones

Slightly confused by the fact it says estimated delivery by april 2024 or februaey 2025 based on the 'bundle' we pledge when you wrote the guide is out now.. would i have to wait till april 2024 for even just the PDF?
The PDF is coming out this november! There is then a playtest period, and then we print the books! Delivery for everything will be August/September 2024! But yes, the core book and adventure (in digital form) will be with you in November!
@@DnDShorts thanks for the clarification! May I also ask what's Wrath of the Kaiju? I haven't been able to find any additional info about that on the channel (though maybe I'm just blind).
I do kind of want to get that too even without knowing completely what it is but it's only in the third bundle so want to know for certain what kinda stuffs included in that before deciding.

After you back, we use the money to print the book! It's 90% written, so you'll get the PDF to play with in November! Then there's a playtest period, then we make tweaks based on your feedback, then print and send!
