Its interesting food In our village its spinach but normally we eat it leaves not it branch ( only young branch) Now Yike could help his mother. He is so helpull❤

Can you not rinse the stems after fermentation. Remove the strong salt flavour? Easier for the kids to eat then.

1949年父輩與祖輩是浙江人,隨蔣來台,帶來了這道菜,50年前我小時候曾祖母做過,記憶中我曾經吃過,後來曾祖母過世後,沒人再做過這道菜,台灣沒人做沒人吃,野地裡常見到莧菜沒人採,這一次我要自己做做看..
小心不要採到噴過農藥的,最好找小農幫你留。
