This is great :) I have used the no code method in the past..but the second method was mind-blowing :) what I loved in this video is that you broke down the syntax step by step (5:10) Earlier videos you used to combine and make a complex formula. This is excellent for everyone to follow 😊😊👍 well structured..you are a pro now :)
Happy New Year! And Happy 1st anniversary. 🎉 Love this topic as a finance person. The next questions are, 1. How to do it in Dax? 2. How to do YTD compared to previous YTD? 😁
Hi Isabella, Happy 2023! I am glad that you like the topic. Assume you modelled your data in start schema, you can use the time intelligence functions to do the MoM and YoY easily. For YTD, you just need to use the TOTALYTD function and use SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR for previous year YTD. Here is the link to the list of the functions: learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dax/time-intelligence-functions-dax
Meilleurs vœux pour cette année nouvelle ! Et merci pour ces tutoriels 😊 Avec mes remerciements anticipés, pouvez-vous mettre en ligne votre classeur Excel ?
