I remember looking for a four door e36 techno violet m3 before I found my e38. I had no luck, but man I'm happy with my 01 sporty shorty. I say get an e36 techno violet
It's always a good day when you upload a video. I have a 2002 and it's an absolute blast to drive. Then when I'm tired of shifting gears and smelling like gas I slip into my 750il. BEST OF BOTH WORLDS
In that case rob a bank & buy an E9 30 csl !!! One of my friends swapped out & put in an Alpina 4.6 fits like a glove, ( in one of his 3 ! ) peace & love Andrew
Tough one, my order would be -e46 is one best looking bimmers after the e38 of that era, then the e36 will probably be easier to maintain but not too fatweight but imo looks the most dated of the 3, 2002 in a class of its own and still ahead of its time/has a timeless air about it, but likely most expensive of the 3 to own. I also own an e38 shorty but was on the fence about getting a slightly more sporty unit vs 6spd'ing the 7. But I grabbed a bargain 94 540 with a 420g I'm planning on throwing in with an lsd and we'll go from there. e46 and e36 was on the list but prices got stupid along with the e39 m5. #1 For me is if you don't love the look/aesthetics move on till you find the one that you could keeps you looking back, or could be a forever car -which is probably why I'll "never" sell the 7.
I`m disappointed in you for the first time since I subscribed, what no E28 on the list? Brother we have to up your medication lol. Seriously though a very difficult decision, especially deciding on the mods. Also you have to think about your legacy, what will the little one want to drive ? Thanks, as always, look forward to your posts. Peace & love, Andrew
I fear the little lady will not like any of the "old cars" his daddy drives, I hope I'm wrong. I have already owned an e28, I'm looking for more of a sports oriented coupe
I would go for 2002
I hear you...
