No You do not have to do any physical mail in. GTU will send transcript to WES electronically.

I'm having trouble uploading identity proof on the second step and it requires me to upload identity proof provided or attested by GTU. What is that? It won't accept any other identity proof like Pan card or Voter ID card.

Hi. I have completed all processes, like I made the payment and got the reference number. But while I am opening my account, I can see the Status is on hold (We are waiting for your Documents). Now I have a doubt: do I need to upload all the marksheets for each semester in GTU. I only uploaded the Degree certificate, Passport, and Aadhar card. Is that all? or am I still missing something? @@AdventuresVed actually, my ECA would be carried out by PEBC which is a pharmacy council body of Canada. Same as WES, PEBC expects to receive the bachelor degree's transcript sent directly by GTU. So, I was into the process of 'Send Documents from GTU' . In progress, my payment of 100/- was also successful, but somehow, the column of 'Certificate Status' is showing 'pending' even after 2 months. I am literally confused as I haven't done any mistake still the transcript is not delivered to PEBC.
I follow all these procedures, WES is asking for degree certificate through email after 10 days of application!!

It would be state technical education for diploma.

I got mine 2 years before.
My wife’s WES, we applied in December 2020. We got her WES report around January 2021.
Your wife was in the GTU as well or some other university? & about that timeline, you mean your whole process of WES like create a reference number on website ,then apply at GTU website & get your equivalent degree certificate from WES. That whole process took 2 months. Is that right? Just want to confirm. Thanks

I have question: Did you get your WES report or Are you trying to apply for WES? My Wifey got her report and when I log in to her account now we see the same window. prnt.sc/M9qVIxsRfa0K . If your report is completed and got your wes report then you do not need to upload convocation certi.
If you got new degree and want to upgrade the report then you can click on Upgrade report and then follow on screen instructions.
@@AdventuresVed I was trying to apply for WES. while following the procedure they demonstrated that you should submit the copy of degree certificate in my account, which should be legible and clear. therefore, I've doubt that where should I upload it? beacue there isn't any option in my account regarding submit it.

It depends. I don't want to set any false expectation but It would take 1 week to 4 weeks. Most probably 1-2 weeks are ideal time.

According to IRCc we need only latest degree. But if you’re claiming points for 2 or more degrees or diploma than I would recommend for both.

I already tried to use Canadian debit card as well as indian. But, I couldn’t pay the 450 inr fees for transcript.

Hello,
You will need your Indian debit card to make a payment. What you can do is You can use your friend's/Parent's debit card in order to make a payment.
If you can't find anyone, Get your parents to make a Paytm account and have it verified by KYC. Ask them to feed 500 INR in that one. You can use virtual debit card from paytm to make a payment.

As per me, You will need to provide One and Same Person affidavit when you submit your PR file. as Changing name on GTU degree certificate will take too long.

I have different birth date in gtu than passport. My birth date on passport is correct one. So which on i should write while doing wes things.
Hello, I would suggest to use the one on passport and whatever you gave during your study permit application.
I would also advise to submit Affidavit to WES as well and also to IRCC as well.

There is not problem if you get in advance. Get it now so if any stream get opened in that you may apply for PR then you do not have to rush.

No. You only need last degree WES but if you are claiming two degrees and diploma then you may need
