I looooove NPB Compass club! Being there twice already and is the best upgrade you could do to your stay at DLP! Abdu and Margarita at the Compass Club breakfast lounge are simply THE BEST!! They made my birthday extra special!! 🥰 Loved your video Sam! Brought back so many memories from my recenti trip! ❤️

I feel like it is kind of in an awkward time period since its too late for a lunch break but also too early for finishing the day I feel. Did you go back into the parks after the snack? ❤️
Thanks to this video i booked this hotel and the compass club whitout lake view for my first visit to Disney. At this moment i’m watching TV in Room 8274. I’m so happy to get free lake view, this is a very nice room❤
We’ve stayed in the regular room and in October we will stay at a Lake side room but the Compass Club is on my bucket list ❤️ The only thing I’m afraid of is that I won’t go to the afternoon snack because it’s in the middle of the day and I will probably be at the park at that moment. For me it takes a lot of energy/time to go to the hotel and back to enjoy the rest of the time in the park. It would be so great if they offer a second option in the evening after the park is closed 🙂

To get to the park, do you have to walk past sequoia and marvel, or is there a shorter route round the lake? We have a mobility scooter so can't use the shuttles.

Hi Sam, such a detailed video thank you. I absolutely adore the design & decor ofNewport Bay. It’s just such a stunning hotel 🙌 But unfortunately when I stayed there back in 2019 , I only had a couple of nights there but was struggling with awful back pain. And because of the sheer size of the hotel , I was feeling pain just getting to the lobby from my room! ( not the hotel’s fault but my dodgy back ) So, at some point I’d love to stay there again and enjoy it more &especally stay in compass club, 🤩 Those views from your windows were just so special 🙌 x

We stayed at compass club in 2019, you use to get a fast pass per guest per day with your stay. You’d think they could give you a premier access pass for any ride per day when staying here now.
That hotel is really nice and we wanna stay there as soon as Galaxy's Edge will (hopefully) open in DLP! This year, we chose the Golden Forest Club at Sequoia for our first trip to Disneyland on Halloween 2022. I'm sooo excited and watched countless of your vids to make the most of the stay, Sam. Thx a lot for all those glimpses and info. Hope to be able to say "hi" to you one day - maybe on Halloween! Have a great time! 😊
When we stayed at NPB we struggled finding our room it’s such a maze 🤣 unfortunately I found the beds so uncomfortable but this was like 5 years ago. X

Getting breakfast included, meant we made a big saving on the meal plan. It almost made the extra cost for hotel break even with a standard room but buying the meal plan. Also the view is so good especially at night, we would have the nets and curtains open so we could see out all the time.

We’ve got a superior family room booked for Dec ‘24 (for our family of 5). To upgrade to Compass Club would be an extra £850. Would that be worth it. To add dining plan breakfast would be £500 for all of us.
Just booked Compass Club 3 days/2 nights for Halloween 2024, no lake view - it's a bit less than 1450 Euros right now just for the room (meal plan not included). Compass rooms are available right now for that time - and I HAD to take one cause their availability has been a nightmare so far and I had to stay at one of the others club levels (Golden Forest/ Empire). But New Port Bay is my favourite! 🥰
If I see the view it always reminds me if staying in the top floor of the new York hotel . the upgraded my sister and me because our room was overbooked and the view was beautifull and we felt so lucky but my camera camera was stolen so i dint have any pictures of this awesome room 😞 but long story short I wouldn't pay for the club lvls because the standard rooms are much more beautiful then the club ones.
Nice room not sure there’s too many perks to justify the cost. Hotel Cheyenne rooms have standard Uk plugs as well… Yes that view was fabulous but the room was so small…👍🇬🇧

You also get unlimited drinks throughout the day in the compass club lounge. Don’t underestimate the worth of drinks in summer.
