Great video!! We saw you in the pirates que but too far ahead to say hello :-( We were there 1st to the 3rd December and stayed at seqouia :-) Very wet and cold but we had a lovely time and glad to be back xx
So in my very first Disneyland trip (2000) as a 5 y/o, we stayed for the 2 nights, 3 days. And we'd go back to the hotel to relax a bit and go for a swim. But we were kids, so I guess it was mostly to just make us calm down a bit. The next two times I went (also 2 nights, 3 days) we didn't go swimming because the pool was closed for renovation (Newport Bay Club hotel). Now the last time we went, we did go swimming, but at our airbnb at Val D'europe! But on the day we arrived. We went for Disney Pride, so only for the saturday really. So we arrived Friday afternoon, and we went swimming right after arrival (so 6 hours driving, and then a nice refreshing swim). That was simply fantastic. We then spent the night at Disney Village. Then saturday Disneyland and at night Disney Pride and back home on sunday afternoon after doing some major shopping at Disney Village. Next time I'm staying at one of the Disney hotels, I'm definitely swimming!
I have stayed here a few times. Loved it in the winter when the log fire was blazing and being off peak , having drinks in front of the fire in the evening after a busy day was so relaxing.👍
My absolute favorite hotel 🏨 at Disneyland Paris property next to Cheyenne and Disneylandhotel. Yeah for winter ❄️ months and Cheyenne for summer and Disneylandhotel for every season 🙌
Hi Sam, I've only stayed at Sequoia Lodge once which was many years ago , I loved it. As you said The Redwood Bar is so cosy especially in winter time, I love the fireplace! I'd definitely stay in one of the rooms in the main building closer to the reception & restaurants than where i was before . I'm so thrilled that the hotel has re-opened again :) And am loving the gift shop, virtually spending quite alot!! ha! x
I stayed here when it was snowing in 2013 and was so pleased I did, was the perfect setting! Deffo going to grab a hot chocolate there when I go later this month, thanks for the tour! ♥️
I watched a lot of your videos but it’s my first time leaving a comment. I just think your vlogs and hotel/restaurant tours are THE BEST! I have been to Disneyland in 2017 and I loved it. My husband had planned a surprise trip for the following year but then I had some serious health problems so we couldn’t do it. A trip to Disneyland was my only wish during the years of my recovery. I finally did it in October 2021 during the Halloween season and it was the best time of my life! Your videos bring me back to those memories and you don’t even know how much they make me happy. I know they are ‘just videos’ and it can sound stupid but that’s what I feel. I really wish to go once again but, for now, I keep dreaming watching your adventures! Stay safe and thank you 😊

We are going the first week of October to catch Halloween but when most children are hopefully at school still as we did chessington last October half term and the youngest got a bit impatient, so we thought for a Disney trip a cheeky few days out of school won’t hurt. It will be so busy with the anniversary and Halloween as it is I expect 🏰

Sequoia is my favorite hotel at DLP especially during the holidays and I'm looking forward to our next stay there in January. Also, I have the blue goofy pajamas and they're worth the money 🙂 I have to agree on the American merchandise. It feels out of place, yet it's been all over the park for the last few years.
I completely understand your confusion over the american merch, I have a pair of socks from my first trip in 2017 with American flag mickey on and I cannot remember my thought process at the time and why i have them 🤦♀

We stayed here in Feb 2019 I think it was ir maybe 2018 when it snowed like crazy. It was so magical. It felt like we were at a mountain retreat, swiming while it was snowing out ❤. Then sat by a roaring fire with coffees. Perfection. Oh Sam as an American I can also agree about the American merchandise, even my 9yr old said..why ? When we are in Paris. I love it but would rather French themed merch. As always thank you for your vlogs. We feel like we've been there several times with watching you. Roll on March 🤞🤞 xx

I love this hotel. I stayed here in 2017, in one of the outside buildings (you walk past them when you walk from Santa Fe to Village (near the pool)). I won a stay on a Dutch radio station. Loved it so much. but I didnt get a matress for my daughters cot. Safety reasons or somethig like that. I wouldnt let my daughter sleep on wooden plank, so I placed a few pillows in the cot. Pool was getting renovated when we were there.

I’m so excited for our stay here in February ( I have watched this video over 20 times since this February when we booked 😁) . A bit of a strange request but if you are staying in this hotel again before next February do you think you can do a look at the gym because we can’t find a video or photos on the hotel website of it even if it’s just a photo of it all . I know it’s not normally something you would do but My family and I would appreciate very much .

However there are a lot of bad recent reviews on Trip Advisor re the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms .... so I am getting worried. This is like a dream for me so I really don't want to be disappointed, any advice?
Everyone needs a Health Pass to enter Disneyland Paris at the moment. As long as you can prove you're fully vaccinated and put your info into their app, you should be ok x
Absolutely needed to smile because of 3 things, first you also needed to order your spirit Jersey online like me even though we visit the parks quite often, then I also wondered why this US line from Disneyland Paris is but I now think that Disneyland Paris is a piece of the US in Europe such as Main Street and Frontierland and Florida WDW for instance has World Showcase in Epcot and for instance French Spirit Jersey from WDW with Minnie and the Eiffel Tower which is so French with OhLaLa on the back and is written WDW on it 😅 and then I was also surprised as I searched the pool the first time and not finding it in the main building and like walking outside with my towel in the winter 🥶 😂

Well thank Bob Chapek all the American themed stuff I totally agree with you you should have stuff that shows the French flag it's like going to Liberty Square in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World or the world showcase at Epcot America

Address: 50 Av. de la Fosse des Pressoirs, 77700 Magny-le-Hongre, France I've stayed there four times at Disneyland Paris and it was the best one I'd been in so far, I've also stayed in the Hotel Cheyeene twice though, I recommend the Hotel Explorer big time.

They normally have water fountains, but most of them haven't been operating since the pandemic x

I've stayed there four times at Disneyland Paris and it was the best one I'd been in so far, I've also stayed in the Hotel Cheyeene twice though, I recommend the Hotel Explorer big time.

Los pasillos del hotel huelen a humedad, la habitación no tiene ninguna amenidad como gorra de baño ni nada parecido , la habitación no tiene mini bar y la verdad pagar por los paquetes de comida no vale la pena , el desayuno es súper sencillos u los menus pre establecidos para cena no son tan buenos
