Tammy is more insightful and intelligent than we were ever able to give her credit for before her weight loss journey because of her defensive and surly attitude, which have now, thankfully, fallen to the wayside allowing for this refreshingly wise person to emerge. I never thought this could happen, and am so glad to have been proven wrong. Can only imagine how much more Tammy will bloom after skin-removal surgery, but she will need to call upon all of her reserves to get her there, as the recovery from such procedures is generally rough. She can do it! 💪💪💪

I hope she has inner peace and doesn't become obsessed with weight loss. It's about heal8ng within. Many of us fight inner demons and use food to hide our pain. I'm so glad for her, and I wish her well.
