Well all I can say is don't loose any weight because that looks like a work out! I can only imagine the cost factor for steal I know you're going to conquer this I wish I could lend my expertise but I'm totally CLUELESS 😞
Indeed. I realize that now after I put it together 🤦♂️🤷♂️ the rolling gate will be shorter and framed differently; if I had the time and ability I would’ve made the frame out of steel from the start but I wanted to try this instead. Live and learn.

Yeah the cost factor is another aspect, like 10x materials cost over wood plus I’d have to hire all the labor out since I’m not a metal worker 🤷♂️🤣
That’s a long ass gate lol. Steel is your friend sir. Treated wood is too wet and that’s causing your flex and binding.
