A regular day in my life, recorded for my subscribers who've been wanting this video for years. Nothing special about my day, yet to me it's incredibly special because I appreciate the simple life and am very grateful I can take things slower now.
So inspiring to see how much yall have grown in these years, i considered stefan my male role model at age 19 because my dad left me growing up... and now im 25 and my life is at the lowest point its ever been because i didnt implement almost anything i learned from stefan. I just used his teachings and courses as a coping mechanism to escape all my problems and think im doing something...but i was just in my head overthinking all these years...which lead me to psychological problems,depression,anxiety... but now that im more aware i decided to take life seriously and stop resisting changes...i really hope i will change and achieve the life i want in this decade. Thank you stefan and tatiana for showing me what is possible to achieve in this life
I felt the same. Just turned 26. But I believe the toughest is behind us. I overcame my depression and anxiety. And starting to see first success with business. It’s never too late! You can hit me up, we can be accountability buddies :)))
I'm sorry you are going trough this, but don't let this challenge to affect you too much mentally. If you don't enjoy the process and only focus on the end result you will be in a dark place and possibly fail because of this negative feelings, mental health issues ... I'm 20, working slowly to get my unconventional life since 19, but I also realize that I'm not even close to that, I'll still go to uni and study something conventional while working on individual projects, but it's REALLY important to value yourself on the way. You're worthy even if you are nowhere. Remember that. There's more to life than what you achieve.
I’m sorry to hear that you feel really low right now. Just remember, nothing is permanent. You can create the changes you wish to see if the desire is three. I can see why you chose Stefan as your role model, because you can relate to his story. He totally transformed himself and therefore his entire life over a period of time… I call him the master of transformation. Anything is possible but it requires your commitment to helping yourself. Stefan and I have really benefited from David Hawkins work on “letting Go”, maybe you should start there because you speak of resistance. Pains and suffering is cause of resistance. I recommend reading “The Sedona Method” and “Letting Go” and “Transcending Levels of Consciousness”. These are slow reads so take your time to absorb the content.

Kobe looks great! I had to rewatch and write down all the ingredients in his meal. I regret not doing this for my dogs in the past, unfortunately I didn't learn about or really put much thought into their diets until it was too late. Hearing you talk about the stage you are in in your lives really hit me. I sometimes feel that all of my time and creative energy is burned up growing and running a business, when it was my desire to have the freedom to persue my creative interest that drew me to starting my own business, all the while leaving my personal desires behind, seemingly never to be fulfilled. Thank you for sharing this.
Raw is amazing for dogs but if they haven’t been eating it their whole lives you gotta slowly transition them to it and see how they do. I wouldn’t recommend all the supplements right away, but you can add them with time (might be too much all at once). Glad you resonated with that, I think many people can because it’s very easy to get sucked into the success. That’s why I like taking the time every quarter to get the big picture and recalibrate according to my values.

In my opinion, no offense, giving raw food, such as giving raw meat, is not good because it can have parasites and revive dog's wildness?! I think you need to give cooked ones. anyway, it is fun and informative to watch your energetic RUclips always! We asked the owner what he was feeding and asked for a sample of the dog's feces. It had nothing to do with the dog's age or how long he ate raw meat. Dogs and their owners live in the same space and have a lot of physical contact, so it is easy to share the same microorganisms. I did a LOT of research prior to deciding to feed my dog raw. It’s not true about the parasites. Dogs stomachs are very different than ours, they have a short intestinal tract so food doesn’t have as much time to sit and ferment and their stomachs are very high acidity which is why they can break down bones. We’ve been feeding him raw for a year and a half and he’s never had parasites and I don’t give him monthly deworming like most dogs get, I think that says a lot. Also, Stefan and I kiss him and he comes on our bed and we’ve never gotten sick from him. There’s a major misunderstanding about raw food and I hope ppl will research it in depth before forming an opinion.

Dogs stomachs are very different than ours, they have a short intestinal tract so food doesn’t have as much time to sit and ferment and their stomachs are very high acidity which is why they can break down bones. We’ve been feeding him raw for a year and a half and he’s never had parasites and I don’t give him monthly deworming like most dogs get, I think that says a lot. Also, Stefan and I kiss him and he comes on our bed and we’ve never gotten sick from him. There’s a major misunderstanding about raw food and I hope ppl will research it in depth before forming an opinion.
Cats are very similar. Can digest fish bones as well
