- You don't need me to tell you that happiness is an inner-world game. But, Im going to tell you because we need the reminder. It has less to do with the external events and circumstances and more to do with your mindset which shapes how you see things and the meanings you create... and your willingness to become aware of yourself. The "I" that you identify with and all the thoughts that this "I" has. In this video, I also share some practical things you can do to boost your happiness.

Some of the teachings in this video remind me of some of the teachings from the Sedona method and as you mentioned David Hawkins. I definitely need to get out more and treat my body like the temple that it is! I got super sick after traveling. An awesome insight that you provided on this topic, as you mentioned it is quite difficult to explain it exactly for everyone to understand but providing what it is in your opinion allows for your audience to feel more at peace with their mindset such as the law of duality.

Im sure enjoying financial freedom helps happiness. But i think relationships have the power to invoke great happiness, and sadness. The absence of relationships is probably the major contributor to unhappiness.

but i am wondering what life is about, when it does not matter what we do because we feel any emotion anyways. We could exhaust ourselves to achieve something but in the end why should we do that? because we know that if we always enjoy the moment we could be happy as well and unhappy with the result. Its like always choosing pain so what is the right decision? its like realizing that there is no „right way“ because no matter what we do we will experience pain as well as happiness

Don’t focus on the disadvantages, stay focused on the goal and take steps every day to work towards the achievement of that goal. There’s always great references all around us of people who succeeded in spite of their circumstances, why can’t you be one of them?! You will!
