The EASY way to string a Pistol Crossbow

- The M48 Hell Hawk Crossbow Pistol is simple to assemble but every video I watched showed them having a hard time installing the string; it's actually very easy to do. This method may work for similar style crossbows as well.
I tried the method of having a slightly longer cord to use with the included cord. Not as easy as it seems. I tried your method and it was so easy I felt stupid for not thinking of it myself. Thanks.
😄😄best comment ever. Thanks, I'm glad it worked out for you
Rolf rather clever isn't it if you don't have a cocking string .
This worked beautifully thanks
Nice video on showing this stringing process.. I will use this method on my next bow instead of the other guys video. Though he had the knowledge and came off to really wanting to be as helpful as possible in his video. I have to say this
How do I adjust the stock
Go to the 2:31 mark on the video, pause it, look at the picture of the crossbow where you see the red bird, directly above that you will see 2 screws. Loosen them and you can move the stock.
Good looking out buddy!
Easiest method by far
got one of these coming in the mail.
👍
So smart !!!!!!!!!! Thank you !!!!!!!!!
That was easier then the paracord bow string way like I use on my 175 pound bow.
Thank you 👍
So just to add something on 4 the string part if u r a light weight like me meaning u r nothing but skin and bones ask a bigger guy to help u I'm only 126 and this kick my ass striking it 🤣😅😮💨
So it’s ok to bend it a little?
Bend what, the bow part? Certainly; it bends back when you arm it.
Things that makes me go Hmmm 🤔 but Ok , I dig it…Wax the string and other problems will come later 😈😈😈
Waauw its like the aliggator but that isnt not
??
For how long can i keep it stringed? I usually prefer to leave it without the string when in storage.
I don't know if there is a time limit; I have left mine strung.
I have two Bolt brand mini xbows and I just bought this xbow but mine is branded by CenterPoint as the seller. With modern materials you can pretty much leave them strung indefinitely, I've left mine strung for months at a time with no damage and still shoots as good as day 1. Just don't leave it cocked longer than necessary, a few hours up to a day at most when cocked otherwise it'll start to stretch and weaken the sting. Rail lube every few shots, you can tell when you need to apply more and keep your string waxed. Don't wax the three serving portions of your string or they will prematurely unravel, I learned that early on lol.
No LEMONDROP ?? I wuz cheated !!
:-D sorry about that!!!
This shit pissin me off lol
@maryjane222 Were you able to make it work??
@@kobolila-yt yes lol thanks!
