Ok, instead of bypassing, I've got to get an observation out. There's an idea that Phil would have been a great Temptation, but I would say not, because of two reasons, at least. One is that it would have been hard on the other members, because he could have sang in any of their vocal ranges! We, as listeners would't even be able to find his voice on the record-LOL! Conflict would come to easily between them. Secondly, any time Phil hits the stage, he's in his Creative Zone - I can safely bet he has NEVER sang a song the same way twice. He expiriments and fluctuates with his voice all the time, and he's happy, in that place. So it would be a dis-service to him to have not out-do what had been done before. This is why I think he does familiar songs also, so we can hear the differences. Smart man, it's a wonder how he found such a niche'-or can we call it that? Anyway, thanks for posting and is great to see Phil on stage with one of my heroes, Paul Jackson Jr.!
