Mozambique - Travel Tips for Surfers & Divers | TOFO & VILANCULOS

As a surfing and diving couple, we explored the southern coastline of Mozambique for 2 weeks. We stayed most of the time in Tofo and made a short trip to Vilanculos to end our trip. In this video we show you the beauty of the Bazaruto Archipelago, the red sand dunes, the two mile reef and some of the best dive and surf spots around Tofo like Tofinho. It should give you a good overview of the things to do, where to stay, where to eat, how to get around and what to take care of. Enjoy!

How much would a trip like this cost, not including the plane ticket?

We took a dive and stay package in a beachfront bungalow. For 2 People and 8 nights (including 10 dives) we payed +/- $ 1'600.-
These are the different packages: www.liquiddiveadventures.com/tofo-beach-accommodation
Vilanculos including AirBnB and all the trips cost us $ 150.-
But you can make this trip for much less money, if you look for accommodation a bit further away from the hotspots and don't go diving every day.
