Thank you! I'm so glad you like it! 🙌
I'm heading there with my wife in 6 days for our honeymoon! Words can't explain how excited I am.
I'm so excited for you! I have no doubts you'll have a fantastic time!
How was it? :)
@@DJesperOfficial unreal. Being that close to so many incredible animals really destroyed anything I used to like about zoos. So many animals just next to each other and not bothering one another.

Oh my gosh, this video so well made. Your musical choices are incredible Ella. My heart is yearning for the African bush even more after seeing this. And the music for the scene where the wilderbeest are crossing is perfect. I love your documentary style vlogging. Keep up the good work.
Thank you so much!! You will be in the African bush before you know it, having magical experience after magical experience 🐘💫
It's so nice to look at the moon and stars at night
Definitely! I love star gazing and trying to spot shooting stars 💫
Wow one of the finest videos!. Remarkable improvement in the quality of content. Hats off to you Ella! 👏.
Really enterprising and thrilling too. It was a quite challenging to travel in a jungle. I guess, you weren't in a panic mode. Atleast you had a delicious breakfast though you didn't have a peaceful lunch 😅. Surrounded by mammoth eagles. Thank God!. Atlast you had a pleasant stay at tent⛺️.
Oh... you're drop dead gorgeous Ella 👌. A good content 👌 👍. Keep up the good work 👍
Thank you so much Senthil! Your comment really means a lot to me and I am so happy you think I have improved 🫶 It was a challenging journey, for sure! But the excitement never left me for a moment. Thanks for your continued support!

Wildebeest and zebra teaches us an important lesson. These wildebeest see there herd member being killed by crocodile, lion or sometimes hyena. Those who survive move on. Whenever anything unfortunate happen to human… they should do same. That is move on. Amazing video. Subscribed
So glad you enjoyed watching! Thank you for your support 😁
Thanyou, both of you for making room for your leaning 🐕 😊
Thank you for watching!
amazing video, sound and narrative.
Thanks for your kind words! 🤗
Your videos are really special، 🙏🙏
What a fantastic experience!! I was a bit surprised by the amount of starchy carbs they feed you!
Definitely a unique experience! I probably don't do the food justice as I am not a fan of fruit, salad or vegetables so at buffets I do make a bee-line for the carbs, haha! There were other choices that were likely far healthier 😅
You are so great & Beautiful thanks for view so very amazing life ❤❤
Thank you very much!!
🥰
How lovely view ... 🤩
Thank you for watching!!
@@EllaMcKendrick you’re welcome 👍🏼
Spectacular! Can I 0:15 ask which month is your visit seeing the great migration?
This was in September
That chocolate cake look super tasty. How long were you stuck on the side of the road? I don't think I could have gotten much sleep with the sounds of the hyenas. I would be worried they would come into my tent. It looked like you had an amazing safari.
The chocolate cake was a dream indeed 😋 I think we must have been there for around 30 minutes at least. I typically love the hyena sounds but yeah the realisation that I had chicken in my tent terrified me. The guard on duty that night said that a lioness walked straight through the camp! I slept through that part 🤣 Really wishing I'd set up a camera trap
Hey Ella! Which month and what time of the month was this? I am planning to go this season and was wondering if you advise skipping the crater and going straight, how many days to spend in the serengeti, and if you thought it was crowded!
Hello! This was in late September last year. I believe the best times to view the wildebeest crossing are August and September.
I actually really enjoyed Ngorongoro Crater. It's a very unique place to go on safari - I don't think you'll find anywhere else on earth with the same landscape. It almost felt like I was entering the Lost World as we descended into the crater. So if you have the time to visit both Ngorongoro and Serengeti, I'd definitely recommend doing both!
I spent 3 nights in Serengeti. I wouldn't have wanted to spend any less time there. I saw everything I wanted to in 3 days but it's honestly paradise there so I could have spent even more time!
It was busy but I didn't find it too crowded. For example, we always got great views at each sighting. Sometimes there could be 10-15 cars all at one sighting (that was at its worst) but I think compared to Kruger in South Africa and the Masai Mara in Kenya this is quiet. I also think September is a lot quieter than August. I hope this helps you!
Ok, I guess I’ll be the first one. The video is amazing, the music is pretty incredible also. So let us move onto the 4 million lb elephant in the room. You’re so gorgeous and coupled with your voice and accent I mean it’s enough too make one crazy. Please don’t be upset but I’m just calling them like I sees them
I'm glad you enjoyed watching. Thank you for your kind words!
Wow that's awesome I would love to go 🩵
Thanks for watching! I'd definitely recommend it. You can also see the river crossing from the Kenya side in the Masai Mara which involves less driving!
so amazing! can I know where did you see great migration? the specific location. it was very near to kenya?
I am kenya masaimara national park and waiting for them to come.
I saw the great migration in northern Serengeti, at the Mara River. It's very close to the border with Kenya's Masai Mara. This was in September. The migration can be found in different parts of the Serengeti throughout the year. I believe they start crossing from Serengeti to the Masai Mara in mid-July. I hope this helps you!
@@EllaMcKendrick yaya actually I was at masaimara. wating for them to come but fail.. Anyway thank
you for your video, it helps me understand a lot about it.😊
@@EllaMcKendrick was it at the beginning of September?
I was there a month after you but went the exact same route as you.
Awesome! Did you see the river crossing?
@@EllaMcKendrick I did and videoed it too. What's your insta? Mines @turkonsafari
The good old toyota land curse
Yep, Land Cruisers are the best! They're one of very few vehicles they let into the national parks in Tanzania
Don't you be terrified staying in tent during night among dangerous wild animals moving around?. Don't you be afraid?
Might be a horrifying experience Ella!.😮
I find it quite relaxing listening to the animal sounds at night. I do feel safe within the tent. Except on this occasion I had some chicken in my tent and I can't lie, I did feel nervous because of that! The hyenas sounded so close as well!!
When was this Mara river crossing filmed?
This was in late September last year
Is it possible to see a Full moon and Milkyway Galaxy on same night?
Haha, I've been caught out! I had too many sounds and not enough footage so had to use a couple from the archives 😬
In which month did you go there?
This was in late September. Mid-August to early-September is more reliable for seeing the crossing - we just got lucky that the rains came early and prompted the wildebeest to make their journey back earlier than usual.
@@EllaMcKendrick Great video’s , I love all of them!
I think that hyena was getting mauled by a lion. Im guessing
You could be right. They certainly didn't sound happy!
