Hello! Thanks for sharing this list. I love Timbuktu, owning the older,8 sided bottle.
You mentioned Naxos being sickly sweet. As one who owns about 7 xerjoff bottles, I've always wanted to smell naxos in original bottle but never got the chance. It's been said that it was reformulated when new bottle designs came out, according to other youtube frag reviewers. So if what you've smelled of naxos was from new bottle design, it may be different if smell from older bottle.
The original, having a honey/tobacco vibe going on, was very much compared to Kilian * Back2Black, which I love & own in original bottle with black cap. Love the Cherry piped tobacco scent. Not sure if that's the vibe in new silver cap bottles. Not against reforms as it can be a good thing some times. But it seems currently, brands will reform a crag & dress it up in a stunning bottle, with juice lacking & not being what it once was. Just my opinion! Thanks again. A2!

Yes! My thoughts exactly. Checkout Max Forti youtube video reviews done on naxos yrs back. As one of the top & respected fragrance reviewers in frag community, who s been around for a good while, he always gave naxos in the original bottle high prays, saying it was the best honey/tobacco scent out yrs back.

My favorite Xerjoff among the 6-7 I have smelled.
I also like Naxos lol, I am kinda basic in my frag tastes.
I was worried I was well off the beaten path with that rose comment 🌹
Come to find out I was closer to the truth than most folks realized 🎯

1888 is an interesting fragrance. I used to have a bottle. A bouquet of different colored flowers mostly white but fizzed up drenched in a vase full of room temperature watered down root beer. The color of the bottle is exactly what I sense in the smell.

1:36:10 Omg! Where DID you get that Sublime. That was what got me interested in perfumes. I used to go sniff my mom’s fragrances as a kid and this one made my heart stop. Hate that they discontinued it. Sadly, my original bottle went sour and the new EDP bottle is absolute piss.

I like 40 Knotts a lot. I have a 100ml bottle and I go through it pretty quickly it really sits in that nice versatile dressed up scent, which I need as I wear a suit or sportcoat to work.
Apparently the community was saying its a clone of Ambre Nuit .. i could see that.. I had a sample of Ambre Nuit and did a video on it but I dont own a bottle 🤷♂️
@Ramsey I don't know if I ever smelled ambre nuit. I may have as I sample a lot at the dept stores near where I live, and I wouldn't be surprised, bc 40 knots does have a sort of familiar smell to me. It is a genre of scent that I find prevalent in and around lot of dept stores but a style that I gravitate towards for office.

Im feeling adressed here in the beginning 😂… i aint feeling offended though, im very objective to literally any brand, i care about juice and i think even xerjoff deserves the same Treatment as any other brand. nice content as always ram, keep it up broski.
You werent the only one feeling put off by my harsh treatment of Xerjoff.. but I still havent found anything that moves me and I have went through like 20 Xerjoffs in a week.. not great mate ...not great

Also i just saw people say there is no rose in 40 knots in the video but 40 knots is notorious for smelling like xerjoffs take on ambre nuit and ambre nuit we know has rose in it. Maybe xerjoff doesnt fully reveal the notes in 40 knots but i also smell rose in there.
I already have a bottle of Homme! Its the only Xerjoff I have a bottle of! Yes I definately get the rose in 40 knots 🌹.. honestly I didnt know it was famous for smelling like Ambre Nuit but as soon as Gonzalo pointed it out it clicked

I think some from the oud line I thought were okay... fars and ceylon for example but most everything from Xerjoff is just sweet and totally overpriced.. lacking depth or seperation between the notes... it just isnt good perfumery IMHO ... there are the exceptions... but most of their stuff isnt for the frags heads like us 🤷♂️
