Javi and yuzuru sacrificed a lot during their career
Javier: start his career badly and went to three olympics hoping to win a medal and he won the bronze this year
He was disappointed at himself for his performances during his first years but managed to continue with the help of brain orser and his family , people
Also mocked him saying he won't be a good skater in the past but now he is six times in row European champ , two time world champ and the first spanish man to win any ISU competition
He is now a legendary skater
Yuzuru: was hated at first of his senior career , the earthquake happened and was thinking about retirement but shizuku arakawa encouraged him and sendai people supported him
He was sick and needed to go to school but went to canada with his mother to train to be a better skater while continuing his studies
    He won gold at sochi
But had many injuries through the last four years
But went to win his second title
They both fought even during hard times
Happy they achieved their full dreams ^_^ !

Nico Nico Yuzuru got booed by Daisuke Takahashi’s fans at Japan Nationals 2012 (and other competitions such as Olympics Sochi), he was only 17 but won against Takahashi who was a big name at that time. The young boy could not enjoy his first nationals title and felt sad because they thought he didnt deserve it😥

@@niconico4010 nonono,I don't think things were as simple as they say.I want to add more .Yuzuru has been hated since he won JGPF&JWC gold medals just at the age of 15.They began to hate him from then on because he is a true genius who might threaten the status of their favourite skaters😓

Yuzuru and Javi keep supporting each other and they both never give up. They are 2 extremely talented and humble skaters. The world needs more people like them. Not many people is able to get like them, polite, well mannered, humble, talented. Most let fame get into their heads. These two didn't and look at the two people we see today who are embracing each other :)

Brian Orser is taking photo of his 2 proudest children! Love it! You can see how he is so proud of them and how he really cares for them, not just as gold medal maker for his name as trainer. He himself is a wonderful human and trainer, otherwise Javi and Yuzu would not have that kind relationship under his guidance. As he said, competitor makes you stronger. Rather than compete in negative way, best to compete with your best friend to support each other to improve yourself and achieve higher than you can dream. I love the 3 of them.

That's my boy, Yuzuru Hanyu! He's a phenomenal in this sport. He's not just an athlete, he's an artist; he brings out the art this sport is all about.
It's a shame they're both missing the Worlds Championship, though; anyways, it's all good.

Jessy Dela Cruz When I watch other skaters, I know that I am watching a routine that I will focus on their techniques, jumps, landings. But for Hanyu, it is a performance, you forget all the technical stuff and even when he makes mistakes, you are still so drawn into the choreography, he really is the whole package

Everyone felt like this is my last chance or I wanna claim it again but i have so many hurdles to overcome but there was a kind of solace in the fact that they were together in this journey. It's like these two felt that if i can share this feeling with someone we can. both yuzu and javi have done two olympics together and for yuzu he had his injuries and for javi he had to be on the podium, so close but so far since last time. But i truly felt it, when you can share that joy together, who's going though the same emotions as you it just amplifies of joy, happiness is meant to be shared.

michael lee i've read about that yuzu wishes to be the light of his hometown i wonder if it's the reason why he suffers alot its a big responsibility to wish that for himself at a young age shows that he cares for others but then for the light to shine through it needs darkness its a double edge sword wish.

Almost all fame and fortune of Brian Orser & TCC are brought by Yuna Kim and Yuzuru Hanyu. But they have not been doing their jobs righteously to Yuzu all the time. Until about 1 month before PC Olympic, Brian did what a coach should have done and said.

Yuna said that brian's statement about their problem make her mom looks like a witch and villain. I know sometimes western people cant get along well with asian people and i feel that in brian relationship with yuna and yuzu.

Ai I pick up on that too but I think it could be that Javier has a more open personality, they probably have more conversations since Javier speaks better English than Yusuru so Brian has more to say about Javier..whereas Yusuru is reserved, sheltered, and speaks limited English, hard to bond on a personal level. Just my opinion
