I understand both sides ok people feel like it’s in Maui where the fires were but not the Big Island or Oahu just let us enjoy our vacation ok then I understand the other side that says no to tourists and like how can you guys have fun at the expense of us on Maui suffering we don’t need or want tourists! And from what I’ve read in the past is that there’s this ongoing tension between tourists and the ones who come and buy property and the Native Hawaiians like those groups are at odds with each other and these fires just brought it all out! Personally I wouldn’t go to Hawaii now umm not during this unrest maybe next year but I’m in no hurry to get there! There’s always Bali or India or Japan or Costa Rica Argentina you know so many other places to visit and fall in love with! However I’m thankful you guys enjoyed yourselves and none of you were hurt! Prayers to all of Maui Lahaina🌺strong🙏🏻

Hi! Thanks! Yes we had reservations. It was just super busy which is why the wait time to get our car was 3 hours

@@christinajoannhiiiiii I just wanted to say that I just saw part 2 of your Hawaii vlog. I also watched the 4 vlogs after that. I hope you’re no longer feeling burned out and I hope you did well on your cset. I think it’s so cool that you’re working on your 2nd masters. And I would have never guessed your age! I thought you were much younger than that bc you look so young! Anyway, I hope you get more comfortable vlogging in public and I hope you find your niche.
