I have a neighbor who has a tall planter wall behind mine and the brick is starting to deteriorate on my side. Would i be able to paint it if the neighbor is not willing to seal his side of the wall? I dont want to paint it if its going to peel off years later. What do you recommend?
We don't have a paint sprayer. We thought we would roll the primer and paint onto the cinderblock wall. 425 sqf. We could buy a small one for about 150, we could rent one which I am pretty sure would be a stronger version of the purchased cheap one, or, we could roll. Advice?

Paint on your side will not last very long. if there is a moisture issue it has to be fixed from the side of your neighbor.

we do not raise walls. we only paint them.

A small and cheep sprayer for this job will work just fine. Do not recommend rolling. You will not like results from rolling.
What sprayer do you guys use? Will any spray gun work with this type of paint?

graco spray gun that came with sprayer. if you are asking about the paint sprayer it is graco ultra max ii 490 pc pro low-boy.
