I always liked this song not cause its about someone who's in love or a breakup, but about someone who's broken and pushes their potential partner away because they know they'll screw up. Its sad when someone doesn't want love, but sadder when someone can admit they're too broken for it

this song describes my life and how i felt about half a year ago but then i met Jesus Christ and he showed me that he already saved me from the life i was leading and the kind of choices i was making cause they did bring only failure pain and sorrow and i just want to say Jesus Christ helps you just need to give your life over to him.

If this "Child of God" exists than why hasn't he stopped all of this religious fighting? Man can stop wars, not some sort of entity that probable doesn't exist. I was introduced to this song a year or so ago. I love it... my fiancé seemed like a monster but I loved him regardless and he thought I should walk away.
I've never really given up on the man I love, but he has given up on me it seems so I have to move back home to try to make myself feel better and be around more family and start a new life...going back home is a good thing sometimes......I am staying in Florida once I get back......good post

Any woman whom I catch feelings for makes my heart lighter and I want nothing more than to get to know her. Then this song echoes through my mind and heart -- I reign it in and end up telling myself these very lyrics, that I should just let her by. How would any of them talk to me or get to know me if I continuously do that?

The objective is to get the puck in the opposing teams net and the team with the most points wins. what NHL 13 did was they put the song on there soundtrack, by doing so more people now know about this band. hope this helped.
