Hey guys! Welcome back to Top 10 Gaming, I’m Ron McKenzie-Lefurgey. Okay. So this is getting a bit confusing. Alternate versions of Sonic, Sonic Forms, and now Sonic Transformations. That’s a lot. However, since Sonic Forms focused on lesser-seen forms of other sonic characters, this will talk about Sonic and Sonic alone, and his many powerups and transformations. I'm personally waiting for Sega to make a Sonic game that actually has Dark Sonic playable. And I don't mean with mods, I mean actually having him as part of the story if not, the main the reason the events in the game.

I grew up on Super Sonic and Hyper Sonic. Plus, Sonic doesn't just use the 7 Chaos Emeralds and the 7 Super Emeralds to transform. He needs 50 rings or more rings to transform as well. Plus, hedgehogs don't have quills. They have spines. Porcupines have quills.
honestly i think Hyper is not only the Most Powerful but also the one state where he can do whatever he wants
at this point i think he absorbed and merged completly with all 7 World Rings and can actually go Darkspine whenever he wants but just doesn't since they're more so Negative Energy/Emotions and thus are mostly useless against enemies like Chaos

Hyper is very powerful but ultra and the 3 sub forms it has. Solar, Polar and Eco can over power hyper
God I wish dark sonic and his overpowered omnipotent forms from the Archie comics were Canon .😭

Archie Sonic is *WAY WAY WAY* stronger than Game Sonic! His feats are way more unbelievable that Game Sonic which means emeralds between each Sonic are different

My favorite transformation is Darkspine Sonic because he has the ability to control pryrokenises. Not only that, he is strong enough to defeat a reality changing guenei, something that Blaze can't even do.
Mr. Cool same, I also love the concept of how he's only absorbed 3 of the World Rings being Rage, Hatred, and Sadness. Imaging the power he would have if he absorbed all 7 rings?

Dark spine is my personal favorite, because the name is awesome and the design is too. Dark spine is also arguably the strongest sonic form. At least one of them.

I don't think anyone knows this, but You can actually become solar Sonic, electric sonic in the Sega game Sonic 3 you needed to activate debug mode and have hyper sonic mode available. First go into hyper sonic mode then use debug mode to kill hyper sonic by dragging him off screen to a auto kill area, after killing him immediately debug him back to a safe area before game ends. Now he should still be in hyper sonic mode but now him dieing should have made him able to be hurt. Now that he is able to hurt again, use debug mode to create a power item like flame or electric and use it. This will fuse the flame or electric power up with his damageable hyper mode. In this new form he has the ability of double jump but with flame or electric, still hyperfast and a cool new animation when preforming a double jump... Your welcome
Hyper is actually arguably the most powerful form Sonic has.

Darkspine Sonic and Dark Sonic need more screen time in my opinion, Darkspine Sonic only appeared in Sonic the Secret rings and Dark Sonic appeared in Sonic X, after that we didn't get a chance to see either of them in the current Sonic games, they are very cool honestly and kind of have similar designs.

that's Sonics most powerful transformation, considering that he uses the Super-Emeralds instead of the regular Chaos-Emeralds. He is way too strong for the other forms.

Sonic Man was definitely awesome. Too bad that comic series didn't last long with that battle between Mega Man and Sonic.
Dark Sonic was short as well. Only like a few minutes of enjoying the Dark Sonic happening. Wish the makers of Sonic X had a better use of Dark Sonic then just a few minutes.

Fleetway sonic is not a transformation, it's a version of sonic, I pressume ur talking about the evil super sonic, that's how that comic sees sonic when he goes super, he becomes evil and powerfull with those weird eyes
Excalibur Sonic is my favorite, when all hope is lost, caliburn cut down, having fallen to the dark queen, Sonic stands, bringing forth the light of the sacred swords, clad in a golden armor, caliburn returns, now Excalibur, ready to fight for Sonic, a fight to end all fights

I'd say they're two forms of dark sonic, stage one, and stage two, stage one being where he is at lower power and still has his iris and pupils, and stage two being the exact opposite

Just saying,this is actually a good video but i have 1 thing to say,Dark Sonic believe it or not is actually not the causs of the counter fit chaos emeralds,that was just what happend when Sobic got mad when he saw Chris and Cosmo trapped and hurt,Sonic usually hides his anger but since his friends don't normally get hurt he was really mad,he transformed into his Dark Form,which is actually way op,Dark Sonic has unlimited rings,unlimited power,and stamina and is way too fast,but hey i would love to see SEGA put him into a game,this transformation/form is from Sonic's own power and rage nothing else

Fun Fact, Sonic can actually use dark sonic using the regular chaos emeralds and draining the dark energy from them. Dark sonics power is on par if not the same with super sonic and this is why dark sonic tore through those metarax robots.
