How to Protect your Energy

Hello my loves in this video I wanted to share some powerful ways I protect and clear my energy centers. Tapping into various practices, boundaries, products, energetic limits and creative habits to remain in a safe auric field. With all the external noises and distractions of our world today it can be easy to allow negativity in our environment to enter our sacred energy field. Nonetheless being able to declutter, remove and detox from any low vibration things, people and habits can transform our life in ways we never imagined.
