Thank youuu for your kind support love!! I actually do both I work and go to school. I would say the best way I’m able to incorporate mindfulness and inner peace during my busy life schedule is by creating a sustainable routine. I wake up and push myself to make time in the morning, or at night for self-care. Of course it’s never always perfect there are days when I can’t always meditate or sometimes I skip my routine, but because it has been such an important part of my life for years now I really make sure to prioritize it and find even 10 or 15 minutes a day of a centering practice to immensely change my day.❤️ Hope that help love and remember over time you’ll learn to incorporate it more no matter what is happening in life it’s more so a state of being then doing.🫀
I’d love to know about the coconut oil, I’ve dealt with bad eczema in the past too but I’ve tried coconut oil on my body and it kinda made it smell bad LOL!!! Do you think it’s because the one I had was bad or does it naturally do that? 🤣
Ouuuu yesss love coco oil def has a lil smell to it, but if it does bother I recommend mixing it with maybe a little rose oil or lavender or wtv aroma you like. 🥰 It def helps my eczema a lot especially in the winter, also the smell does eventually go away!
