I apologize in advance because I really wanted to commend you for a great play through, but honestly there was so much wrong with this.
At first I thought you were playing both the Controller and the Player Team. But then you showed us the AI decks. When playing against an AI Controller there are some changes. The Controller Skill cards are never used so ignore that portion of the Controller board, and the AI’s Power is tracked with a Power token that maxes out at 20 (10+10 on the health track). During missions there may be an AI note that alters the win conditions, such as the Objectives are not used in Mountain Brawl.
When moving the cost to move onto a terrain token or overlay is in ADDITION to the cost of 1 to move a space. So entering/exiting Forest costs 2 movement (1+1) and Rocks costs 3 movement (1+2).
As a suggestion for Power gained during a Character’s activation, I like to load the Activation Track with Power Cubes when I place the Character Activation cards, that way I never forget.
When Minions activate they perform 1 move action (of up to 3 spaces) and then perform 1 attack action. And only ever in that order (which I’m sure you’ve done correctly with the exception of shorting them the number of spaces they may move).
When you drew your first Controller Strategy card you said you didn’t have 3 “Energy” (Power) you actually did. The problem is you had allocated the Power across the Controller Skills, which are not used when playing against an AI Controller.
Dazed is in the rulebook. Page 16. Looses benefit of their armor and moves 1 less space when moving (except when being Pushed). Characters may spend a Power to remove Dazed. Minions may not as they never gain Power.
When a Character gains a new Skill card they also gain a Power Cube for that newly gained Skill.
When spawning regular Minions, they spawn either in any space at the edge of the battlefield OR adjacent to a Controller Character. They may spawn on special Terrain so long as one of the previous conditions are met. Obviously AI cards may alter these standard rules.
The spawn point tokens are used for the Characters. Controller Characters use the C tokens and the Player Characters use the P tokens.
A model may not move through a space that contains an enemy model.
This one really got me. When Tri-Klops was to use his Distavision Blast, you actually said “regardless of range or Line of Sight”, then said he couldn’t see his target because a Rock blocked Line of Sight. 🤣
I had to stop watching at this point.
I truly hope this helps you learn the rules so you can help others learn to play the game correctly.
I do look forward to seeing future play throughs. I just hope you are more familiar with the rules.
