    If you do their next album a thousand suns (which is the most important album in LPs discography imo) you should know this:
    - the first two songs go together as one and are an intro into burning in the skies
    - empty spaces is an intro for when they come for me
    - jornada del muerto and waiting for the end go together
    - wisdom, justice, and love and iridescent go together
    - fallout and the catalyst go together
    This album is technically one giant song!! all songs connect in the concept of human fears and nuclear war:
    - the catalyst shares lyrics with the requiem and the radiance
    - jornada de muerto also shares lyrics with the catalyst, but in jornada del muerto the lyrics are sung in Japanese !

    With the 5 year anniversary of Chester's passing coming up on July 20th, here are some suggestions for you Alex.
    There is technically one more song you could react to that was part of Minutes to Midnight. The song is called No Roads Left and was a bonus track on a special edition version of the album. I truly believe you would be surprised with what you hear.
    I personally would also enjoy hearing you react to the rest of the LP albums. A Thousand Suns, Living Things, The Hunting Party and One More Light. Also maybe see you check out the remix or Mashup albums, Reanimation, Recharged, Collision Course. See what your thoughts are on changes they did.
    There is also Mike's side project group called Fort Minor you could check out, Chester's side project group called Dead by Sunrise. And Mike's solo album he did after Chester's passing.

    • @Werewolf914
      @Werewolf914 2 года назад +4

      Also Grey Daze and he has 1 album when he sang for Stone Temple Pilots also he did a song called Home Sweet Home with Motley Cru and then a song called The Walking Dead I forget the name of the band with that one it was Z something, he's also in the music video for Kick The Bass by Julien K and I'm sure I'm forgetting something.

    • @StrifeEclipse
      @StrifeEclipse 2 года назад +2

      There were two albums for grey daze but they are also re-releasing alot of those songs with a more tuned and cleaner sound.
      Walking dead was with Dj Z-trip and chester also did one with DJ lethal of limp bizkit called state of the art. He did a version of System from the queen of the damned soundtrack and chester and Mike were featured artists on a track called "rock and roll could never hip hop like this part 2" by handsome boy modeling. There are also demos of earlier content plus cut songs that never made the album they released with a lot of the LPU membership stuff like across the line.
      I know I may be missing stuff too as I didn't follow as closely as I would have liked when chester did his run with STP but I think I did remember to recommend a good amount of stuff I am sure Alex has not heard and would enjoy.

    This may be low key my favorite song off Minutes to Midnight.
    The groove that Rob plays on the drums heading into the bridge is masterful. The ghost notes on the snare with the crazy off-time-sounding hits on the hi hat make for a sick riff. It's my favorite part of his that I've heard him play.
    I get chills and/or cry every time I hear Chester's nonverbal vocalizations in the bridge. Usually cry as I remember his voice in literally EVERY stage of my life. That voice is nothing short of transcendent, and too many of us took him for granted. RIP Chester 🙏🙏

    Came across this channel a few weeks ago when I was looking for folks reacting to LP. I don't comment on videos often but here I am, just to say that you're doing a great job at this reaction game. Deep analysis of the lyrics, nice sense of humour and fresh reactions to some of the memorable moments of this band's music that we all came to love and enjoy.
    And a big thank you for all these reactions in general. They're the ray of light in an otherwise dull day, when I'm having a bad time at work or daily life in general. Even when I'm down, I just know that coming to your channel will not disappoint me cause there's always some positivity, something to laugh about, something to ponder over in your analysis and something new to learn occasionally about the bands you react to that I wasn't aware of.
    And lastly, thankyou so much especially for the Linkin Park reactions cause it brings me immense joy to see you thrilled over this amazing band that unfortunately lost its vocalist too soon and so, still letting us relive their moments is very special to me, and I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way.
    tl;dr love the reactions, really happy to see it and hope you stay as you are and keep up the good work.

    Their last album would be a great one for you to do. It’s another one where you have to actually listen to understand. A lot of the songs really do hit hard as well

    Alex it's not over until you react to No Roads Left from the Minutes to Midnight album Deluxe Edition, What I've Done (Distorted Remix) from the Minutes to Midnight album Deluxe Edition, and Across the Line from the Minutes to Midnight album Deluxe Edition.
    Linkin Park uploaded these songs on their RUclips channel and released them during the 15th Anniversary of the Minutes to Midnight album.

    It's good to see you feel same emotions as I felt them listening this song for the first time about 8 years ago. It's good to see someone understanding them with full heart. Bless you dude!! Hope you keep on growing with your channel!! ❤️

    Im really in love with this song...playing it on repeat sometimes. The heavier hits is amazingly crafter but i love how they experimented with the different sounds. Linkin park ain't rap or rock....they are Linkin Park, their own genre

    I like to call these the Linkin park acoustic sessions, inside of outside of the studio, the acoustic songs I think we're some of the best songs Linkin park ever made.

    I keep coming back to this song, and I really appreciate the reaction that reflects and stirs up a shit ton of inner/outer emotion. It truly encompasses what we've become as a society which is next to impossible to wrap ones mind around. ❤ is our only hope my friends. Thanks so much again for this reaction. The message within it all is of extreme urgency and it must be shared ✌️

    Maybe one of the best and surely most bittersweet lines of LP: All you've ever wanted is someone to truely look up to you - and six feet underground I do

    Hey, Sir! This is legit one of my favorite songs, and you must - MUST - watch a live performance, even if just privately. It's truly some of Chester's best work. Rock on, Sir! 🤘😎👍
