You did not mention anything about the Cavalcade. I was in my early teens and attended one around 1970. I may still have the button that I put on my cowboy hat that was a 3-day pass for all the rodeo events. We stayed onsite in a tent and the pass allowed us access to the arena and events. I grew up on a cattle ranch and always attended the county and state fair
rodeos. The Cavalcade is a special memory growing up in Oklahoma.
