Perception isn’t always reality so framing your effort and sticking to the process is huge is such a numbers and outcomes sport, love this

As a hobby jogger, I found your advice to be applicable in the career I'm currently pursuing. I was in a rough mental state today (overwhelmed), but your video put me back on track. Gotta be more present today, embrace the journey! Thanks, Brock!

I love your videos so much man! Currently a senior in high school who’s going on to run D3 next year, and I’ve been finding the mental aspect of running to be more and more challenging. I absolutely love your style of videos and perspective on mindfulness as that’s something I’m working so hard to better myself at. So thank you for helping me and so many others on this journey, keep it up 💪🏻

I found your channel around summer of last year and I’m happy to see yet another summer build series. It motivates me to keep running when it’s hot and humid down here in atx. 🤙

Great content. You have a great perspective on the set backs that happen in running. It's crazy how susceptible runners are to injury, but it's the best sport out there so we control the controllables, prevent injury as much as we can and keep our heads up along the journey. Good luck at conference championships!
