I wonder all those things too. I suffer from depression too. I talk myself out of it. I try to stay busy... being idle seems to make things worse. I sometimes will take a day off from everything cuz... I don't feel like doing anything. Then, I feel guilty for not doing anything. Hamster on a hamster wheel.

Like many, I too was raised on the islands found here & being it was Summer when I was born on these shores ... I was taken into our majestic Salish Sea in the first weeks of my life. I cannot leave *her magical embrace* . Blessed to be situated in the *Pacific Northwest* / PNW thus surrounded by millions of trees, endless moss, and all things as such.

I'm really struck by how good your videos are in production quality. HOW did you do the opening shot of that zoomout on the mountain? I know it must be a drone, but did you have someone else control it, or did you somehow get it to hover and zoom in/out? You're very talented at making "moments", some striking, others thought provoking and calm, with still others just being ... lovely. You really know how to strike a feeling and capture a tone. I'm sorry you are experiencing depression. You will indeed feel passion again, and the numbness will leave. But, of course, like the mountains you live in, the hills and valleys of life will cause it to return as the ups and downs of life unfold. This is the way of things, of living. Keep working on finding tour tribe. Solitude is a good thing, but too much of a good thing can eventually be, well ... too much. Let us know how that's going when you can.

I don't think raw foods are bad at all, on the contrary, what is really bad is depression, anxiety, stress, etc. I, personally, make a semi raw vegan diet (for me better than vegan diets). But to eat some treats now and again could not be bad and also can be stimulating and soothing. These alternative coffes look amazing. I should try them.

I find what works for me is to remember a time where something has brought a sense of love and joy and be witg that feeling, then a new reality is being lived in, creating that parallel reality that gives power to quantum jumping 💖

You have such strength of body, mind, and spirit. I am amazed when you let your muscles show. It might be nice if you make another other channel dedicated only to exercise and yoga to teach us.
I still think if you set up something like a limited and exclusive ladies retreat where you host maybe 2 or 3 guests at a time for just a week in your environment, to learn from your wisdom, your habits, your way of thinking and doing, approaching, and seeing the world around you, you will find something that not only gives to all of us, but, because teaching and learning and sharing always goes two ways, you will find new strength and wonder in what teaching and having guests for a short time can offer.
You are literally the hermit guru on the mountain. Set a time that fits for you where you can plant seeds into our bodies, our minds, our spirits to grow from sharing experience with you in your mountains.

It's curious to see that someone that is in depression lives in what for me would be my cure.. The Nature you live in or have access to, the mountains and the perfect "water" place with small cascade, stones and enough water to be able to go in (no matter how cold, I do Wim Hof practices) but not so much that it's scary.
