    The interview with bosa told me enough . Thing that stood out was how he said not each Is coach teaching their own methods. I feel like that was a big issue with Staley cause it sure felt like everyone on that team last year was being taught different scheme and technique. I say it every year but excited to see what these bolts do this year

    As a youth football coach, why haven’t any of these NFL teams build an extra playing field next to or inside their facility? It would really help youth teams because we’re always scrambling to find fields to play on Saturdays

      a better quote would be “our goal is to win multiple championships. and we’re gonna do it or die trying” -jim harbuagh. that fs would get everyone pumped up as soon as they walk in and see that

    The difference in mindset from Telesco to Hortiz is vast. Whenever I heard Telesco talk, he sounded like a politician…no substance.
    Hortiz on the other hand, talk about motivational and you can see his football IQ from a GM’s standpoint is huge.
    The defense was lacking in the interior and if the first game was an indicator…it seems Poona and Otito have solved that problem. The DBs has always been good, they just needed upfront help and they got it.
    The veteran presence of Perryman and with Bowman as the LB coach, Hortiz has done well his first year.

    8:47 not the best of quotes IMO. When your goal is to own a team you have realized it the moment you bought it. Maybe that’s why the chargers are who they are… fortunately coach harbaugh will upgrade that narrow mentality in the building. I wish this group of coaches and players the best !

    facilities? last time I checked it was good players, coaches, and quality contract management and scouting that wins championships. One thing the Bolts have suffered from over the decades was having too many players in the whirlpools instead of on the practice field - facilities. Gimme a break

    • @zeric_
      @zeric_ 11 дней назад +14

      Yes, facilities. Unless you have a Patrick Mahomes, training facilities also play their role. Keeping players in the gym, enough equipment for everyone, a balanced nutrition that even the bottom of the roster can enjoy. Recovery, sports science, morale. Physical players that avoid injury contribute to a seasons success.
      This is a huge win

    • @samwroblewski748
      @samwroblewski748 10 дней назад

      @@zeric_except injury is not tied to any of those things in trained athletes. You can do everything here with used HS racks and plates, a commercial sized rotisserie and rice cooker.

    • @zeric_
      @zeric_ 10 дней назад

      @@samwroblewski748the facility's size and equipment make it so players don't need to work out at LA Fitness or 24 Hour fitness gyms. It also promises them the availability of equipment vs waiting around. NFL players have used public gyms due to subpar team facilities. This is a fact.
      Nutrition is also a bonus because players can rely on the team vs hiring their own chef. Ask any role player or roster bubble player if they can afford that. They aren't making Justin Herbert money.
      This is a win
