For everyone complaining about who was eliminated (stop here if you don't already know and don't want the spoiler) Both Hangzoo and Hongwon are really good, neither is better that the other, they're on the same level and fit well with Zico and Dean, so they had to search for other factors to choose. Like they said, Hongwon was having a hard time because of all the hate comments he was getting and he was really stressed and pressured every time he went on stage while Hangzoo's mental was still strong. Even if he did well when it was time to perform that much stress isn't good for him. As soon as they got off stage he started to go on about the haters and what they would say and at that moment I swear I almost cried. I love them both so I would be sad no matter who was eliminated. Stop disrespecting Hangzoo cause he's still Hongwon's senior and friend who took care of him and he's really good (he posted on Instagram a picture of Hongwon and the caption "my dongsaeng 1st place rapper" and Hongwon replied "hyung why are you making your dongsaeng cry, I love you" 😭) Also about the bully thing: there weren't even true statements that he severely bullied people. People mainly hate on him because he's a dropout who drinks being underage. As a person who's been bullied before I don't hold any type of grudge against the people who bullied me so even if it was true I would still support him.

I think it's possible the hate for Young B partially affected their score, but I think their loss has more to do with how popular Nucksal and Woochan are. Did you see on the show how a large crowd of people followed these two while they were out in public? I don't think CoDean eliminated Young B because of his controversy. CoDean have experienced controversies and hate (plagiarism, racism, and use of homophobic slurs...) themselves which is why they made a song called 'Search.' I think they're betting on Hangzoo's experience.
For people who don't understand why his "bullying" gets him so much hate: the level of psychological damage that bullying in Korean school does is much worse than a Western school. Sure, in the US or Europe you get knocked around a bit if you're a nerd but you still got your nerd friends and you can always tell the teacher if things get too serious. In a Korean school, if the school gang singles you out, you're marked for life and nobody will be friends with you because they're scared that they'll get singled out too. Every day you come to school, every day you get picked on for your looks, background, brains, whatever. They steal your money, they force you to do grotesque things like eat insects and masturbate in public, and the worst part is, the teacher's don't really give a shit. Due to these problems several kids have committed suicide, and the ones that manage to survive the torture, live with the trauma and low self esteem for the rest of their lives. You can see why the Korean public get's a bit pissed off at him, when the victim is going through mental trauma, while the aggressor isn't getting his punishment but rather, is becoming one of the hottest celebrities on the scene. I personally, wouldn't condemn him as a rapper because we don't know the full picture and it's not our place to judge, but for the foreigners who don't know shit and says stuff like "the hate comments don't matter" well, this time there's a legitimate reason and there's proof this guy's an A-grade dickhead. So. Don't idolise him.
