@@Prodbyjah464 I personally think it's better because of the collaboration between Kanye and Jay was very influential and their chemistry and creativity shined throughout the album. I liked the production a lot more, it's a lot more diverse and collabs with the best of the best hip-hip producers. The themes and lyrics imo are much better they like range between success, wealth, race and power while reflecting on the past, present and future and their perspectives compliment eachother a lot causing it to be a lot more deep and meaningful. I think the features are great too, cudi, frank and beyonce added their own uniqueness to the album. I think it's just overall better wellcrafted.

While 4:44 shows a lot more of a vulnerable jay-z a lot more personal, reflects on jays growth, mistakes and his learning throughout the years,

Jay’s last good solo album was in 2007 with American Gangster, since then it’s been disappointing from him. 4:44 is decent but the production is pretty mid He’s definitely lost steam while Nas has just hit another level somehow and that’s why Nas is the GOAT 🐐
