A good video, but you did'nt explain about the 4K bit, that was video was just HD? You did'nt go into the Codec which is what I am trying to learn.

I’m confused. Did you just convert the 14 second clip from an HD mp4 to a .wmv? Was that just used as an example? Cause the title of your video mentions 4K? Can you convert an HD 1080 mp4 to a 4K video? Thanks for the clarification.
