whenever i am in someone else's car, and the music isnt that high, i end up only hearring the drums of the song. but what i do is i analyze the drums and see if i can take notes to use them in my own songs
How'd you analyze the drums? And what if I don't want to use mouse clicking to make my beats but is it possible to produce genres like Reggaeton? With an Akai MPC
@@JoshuaLuellen-rg8xp you vouched for 1 bar drum patterns, and i told you no one does that. unless you can't articulate your points well i believe i understood you just fine
@@yungalexx217 no, I did not "vouch for 1 bar drum patterns. I said there is no difference between putting a snare on 2 and 4 at say 75 bpms, and putting the snare on 3 at 150 bpms. It doesn't matter if you make 1 bar patterns or 50 bar patterns, it will have the exact same pace. You completely misunderstood what I said. It has nothing to do with how many bars you use to make a drum pattern. If you can't understand that I give up
Those are very basic drum patterns which you can use to create beautiful music! I've noticed the drill pattern getting used more and more often, especially in German rap (not the weird gangster stuff) and it sounds beautiful! A nice example is "Beautiful girl" it's a remix from a German guy and he used the drill pattern and it's literally "beautiful"! (Fact bout me: I just experiment with sounds and drums, mostly based on four to the floor and I recently started creating my own kick for my music)
Why everybody always left out Dancehall which is the father of Hiphop. There’s not much thing online about Dancehall and I think Dancehall beats are the sickest out of all genres.
With drill i do the hats the tap tap tap pattern in double time but do the rest in single time as I work with samplers so u can have different time signatures for each track so I find it easier doing that instead of messing around with micro steps
For reggaeton, it depends on the bpm, more romantical stuff is usually around 85 - 89, and a lot of reggaeton is usually in the 90s bpm range You can do trap beats at 67 bpm just gotta have the notes closer together, yet the more morden stuff is at 120 +
@Samuel-hp6op lol that common sense, 134 is just double time of 67 lol idk what you pointed it out, I was mainly correcting BWB on the bpm of reggaeton lol idk why everyone thinks it's "100" bpm, I understand you can make it at that tempo. Yet its mainly in the 80s -90s
It’s not Reggaeton it’s a Dancehall beat! The reason why it was called Dembow because one the original songs On the beat was called Dembow by Shabba Ranks! The produces of the beat are Steely and Clevie and it was called the Fish market riddim(Rhythm)
Someone should do a how to for the drum on problematic, or runaway from Kanye. Obviously you can listen and recreate but I can never get them to sound as good as

I've only used Reggaeton for some parts of my tracks, not often, but it has jus been the only one of these three.
Excellent, going to be checking out your channel!
thanks man!
the snare is typically on the 2 and 4, in one bar. so for trap, you can cut that tempo in half. otherwise, the snare on the 3 is half time
bruh 1 bar drum patterns are old. i only go below 120 if i want gf retro/ginseng/trbld boy type beats

if you cant figure it out on your own then maybe stop pursuing your producing career, its literally in the video
Detroit/Flint trap goes from 170 all the way to 210 … I think 💀
Can be up to 230
Reggaeton beat is called soca

question, was the trap 808 the same used in “FaceTime” by king von
How do you get that 808 slide sound specifically

Fl studio, there’s a pretty good free version but if you want all the features it will cost around $100

whats the bass for the drill?
