Very good tutorial, Please explain where the 15 volts is coming from between U/V/W outputs and negative terminal of the IPM. Is it leakage that will fall away when the motor is connected ?
These voltages comes from the SMPS, and are the boot strapping voltages, for starting the compressor

I suppose there is a common gnd between power part and drivers gates control scheme, but why +15v on output phase insteed of not -15v on control gates of IGBT module?

Hi, ive got E6 error on Voltas inverter A/C, upon inspecting squirrels have damaged outdoor Coil sensor wire, but something is also wrong with the PCB, its receiving mains voltage 220v but the board is not getting powered up, fuses are good, led on board is also not lit!
Well this is a communication error, fix that wire damaged by the squirrels. If the LED is not turning on, Try changing the wire. And see what happens. If the board still does not power on. It may be malfunctioned and need a repair.

These voltages 220 are at the main power board of the air conditioner?
What is the error code shown on your air conditioner? Okay, I got it, it is an LG Inverter Air conditioner. If fuses are good, first of all, check the signals of communication between the indoors and the outdoors. Check the electric polarity with the help of a tester. The line should be on the L connection and Neutral on the N terminal. You can check out this video to learn more. ruclips.net/video/rWt4M7fMV68/видео.html.
After checking all these, if the problem is in the circuit board. Contact an authorized technician.

Hello.. Please, if you want to answer a question. Can the F1 defect for a Nordstar KFR-51GW/AGX1DBPc air conditioner be just an electrical defect? The defect appeared after a freon pipe was welded. It was damaged accidentally, after checking the internal unit, because water was flowing from the condensation in the room. Then a technician came, welded the pipe, but the compressor did not start and displayed error F1. Several Yehnicians have checked it but without success. Can you give me some possible defects in the given situation, please.

Before you repair, can't you tell us what the problem was in the first place??! Put things in context
I didn't know the problem myself, untill I checked it. That is how you find the problem by testing it.
@@forevertechenglish oh so how do you know there's even a problem in the first place??! Or some customer just wrongly pressed the buttons on the remote. Like for example, an ac pcb board that keeps turning on by itself, only to find out the customer has inadvertently turned on the timer function! Or when they tell you the ac isn't cooling when they activated fan only function! Rule out consumer stupidity first before you try repairing stuff, you can't fix human stupidity only drive yourself nuts trying
Dont trust customer until you checked problemų on assembled ac. It iš look stupid to fix PCB, būt you didnt know iš there really problemų with PCB 😊@@johnmonk3381

Unsuccessfull attempt from previous technician might be 'cause he didn't have spare IPM.
Not possible, i didn't see any soldering on the ipm by the previos technician, i think he was a rookie.
