    I interpreted this ECG correctly, but since it's an "advanced level" I started to doubt myself, did I miss anything haha

    wouldn't you call this a trifascicular block? (LBBB + LAHB)?

      R Michael: It's only a LBBB. LAHB will generally have a narrow QRS and a marked left axis deviation. Since the Left bundle splits into the left anterior hemifascicle and the left posterior hemifascicle (as well as a septal branch) once you see LBBB you cannot also call LAHB... it's all part of that segment of the conduction system.
