Dr. Nicholas Tullo, a heart rhythm specialist, will show you all the tips and tricks you need to read basic and complex rhythm strips and 12-lead ECGs.

thank you for excellent tutor in ecg reading
I interpreted this ECG correctly, but since it's an "advanced level" I started to doubt myself, did I miss anything haha
Hi! Thanks for leaving a comment and "Liking" my video. I have nearly 600 of these 6-minute "ChalkTalks" on my website if you want more of a challenge!
wouldn't you call this a trifascicular block? (LBBB + LAHB)?
R Michael: It's only a LBBB. LAHB will generally have a narrow QRS and a marked left axis deviation. Since the Left bundle splits into the left anterior hemifascicle and the left posterior hemifascicle (as well as a septal branch) once you see LBBB you cannot also call LAHB... it's all part of that segment of the conduction system.
How about: AF & pre'exciticed ( WPW ) ?
yahhh look who's here..wkwkwk salam 1 hari 1 EKG
