Tenet exec is an incredibly solid heavy melee for the most low levels to steel path and late game! Not only does it have amazing damage potential - especially with Melee Affliction, but it also has excellent AoE to wipe out trash mobs pretty much instantly! Also don't forget that gas proc linger with constant DoTs, so you get a passive damage source right around you slammed enemies into the orbit. A couple of mods you should definitely try outs are any radiation dual stat, melee elementalist, etc, and the arcane melee crescendo for just heavy slam spam!
I love this channel. I've been following for years. Quality content. Different non-meta informative videos. Quality content without expensive rivens. Thanks
Fun fact: Any status effect given to enemies by melee afflictions is affected by your melee mods including faction damage. This includes status effects that didn’t originate from your melee weapon. So you can take a warframe like ember and apply heat procs, then stack those heat procs with melee afflictions while also boosting ember’s added heat procs with your melee mods. Also, enemies just need to be hit by a melee attack that causes knockdown to proc melee afflictions, they don’t have to actually be knocked down. I tested this with sampotes where every shockwave that hit the enemy was applying a bunch of status stacks on the enemies even though they were already knocked down by one of the shockwaves, so it should work with the exec too. Melee afflictions is one of the strongest arcanes in the game and I feel like we’ve only scratched the surface on the amount of potential it has.
@@DarkmegaGaming probably soon once people like this start making videos about it on slow days. I don't resent them though, Metas come and go, and it's an inevitability that eventually secrets like the rauta exploit get out. Then again the main use for it is long disruption and very few people do that, so it could be an octavia type of thing where it's an open secret that she's overpowered as fuck, but the low hanging fruit gets all the hype; that is to say, mesa/wukong/ash seem significantly more popular despite being significantly less powerful and this could parallel how melee influence will be first on the chopping block long before afflictions gets looked at. Admittedly this is kind of wishful thinking but I'm hoping for at least another year of enjoying the power of the tenet exec + melee afflictions combo before it gets bonked (I always thought the weapon was super cool, but the explosions were SO underwhelming until recently :P )
If I had this weapon, Tempo Royale will 100% be my go to. Doing the stationary block attack will perform a slam that will throw enemies into the air. Add that Nira mods boosts slams will make for a silly slam build.
To be fair, Cleaving Whirlwind has many slams as well expecially in the forward block combo. That's the leap with something like 3-4 consecutive slams. Neutral and block neutral also have slams
Sadly, I have to admit, I haven't really given the Tenet melee weapons much of a chance. I've just been so distracted by other things in the game. Looks like I really should take a closer look at them.
im mr 11, just unveiled my first riven and it was for this, with 152% crit rate (2x if heavy) and 102% crit rate when sliding - would this be a good melee to work towards? i havent got a decent melee built yet, and ive started crafting over 30 weapons to get my mastery rank up.. would you also happen to know where i could find cheap fodder weapons to craft apart from the main market place, like certain npcs? (i heard the dojo is good however i dont have a clan)
I'd say you can't really go wrong with either of those. Electric saves a mod slot for Influence AND is a status effect you can multiply with Afflictions. Magnetic gives an additional status for Influence so you can go Electric + Magnetic + possibly something else if you want, which has good utility for dealing against shielded/overguarded enemies passively as you're effectively priming them regardless of the damage, and you usually cannot do that with other melees. Same goes for Afflictions here, even though you'd need to build for other status as well to overcome the Magnetic weight to actually make use of the arcane.
@@andrewseet4408 I think this weapon shines more as a Melee Afflictions melee. Pretty much every good status melee can use Influence, while the slams of this weapons are kinda unique, only similiarly shared with the Sampodes. Electric progenitor lets you easily switch to a convenient Influence build while still having a nice DoT for Afflictions, but magnetic progenitor also has a rather unique building option with Influence itself as you can't do Electric + Magnetic on other weapons. Tenet melees can do that. I'd just say go for Magnetic, it also unlocks easy Melee Vortex builds. If you want to switch to Influence, just mod for Electric, Blast Electric or Gas Electric. Worst that can happen, you're going to hit the whole room with Magnetic procs which doesn't sound bad at all.
Everpresent magnetic. Is it best in slot right now? I am fairly new player but ive seen it very much recently. Current rotation has heat tenet exec which i was concidering at the start and still make gas+magnetic, but is getting magnetic prog better than for overall dps? addint extra element or new elementalist mod on top of that? Appraciate your videos btw ! Makes me want to play and explore the game
as I understand it, magnetic is strong due to the high amount of eximus units that spawn at steel path/high levels, and being able to strip their overguard as fast as possible is preferable.

heavy slam spam is my favorite!
why you don't have heavy slam mod?
TAKE IT TO CASCADE, 105 EXOLIZERS OR I'M NOT BUYING.

wonder when they'll bonk it over the head. it feels like it shouldn't work that way if the enemy can't actually be staggered etc.

Magnetic melee vortex would be fun with this.
Very nice video! Both on content and editing.
Thank you for the excellent explanation and sharing these builds!

Nice, more funny slam builds.
_Come on and slam, and welcome to the jam_
imagine how stupid this would be with kullervo
dude, trying this right now and its so fun
Yo you got some Vauban tech? This is my weapon of choice for vortex boi
Hello, can both builds be used with Saryn?
which element should i go for the progenitor? should i go for electric for melee influence or straight up magnetic?
what are the certain plausible out comes for a slampotees build
that is so beautiful😊
2:53 / 3:33 . You're swapping arcanes and it's a "new" build?
