These musical interludes on “Full Frontal” are weird. They seem to belong on a completely different TV show (i.e., not on a satire and political commentary show).
From what i can tell, they're meant as a sort of thematic catharsis. It's never just a random musician to promote the next "pop hit" - the music is always politically slanted and purposeful. It has a message it's trying to convey.

I heard an interview where she explained the title , the songs, and the reasons behind the album. The music may not appeal to everyone and that's fine, but the story behind it is truly heartbreaking and resonates with a wide array of humanity. I personally don't care for the music of Eminem, but I respect the personal story and struggles his music represents for him. Anyway, take care.
