@@goosebumps5518 I was able to, im not sure how but I ended up trying again a day later and it worked, maybe its because in cmd I changed the drive to my drive windows was installed on “D:”
Still unable to log in though.
First of all when I click on troubleshoot it doesn’t give me the same option it just goes straight to advanced options and then there is no open command prompt there is, “enable safe mode with command prompt” but when I click on it it doesn’t open the command prompt just goes straight back to the Lock Screen.

None of these solutions worked for me, I tried multiple of this guys videos as well as some guides elsewhere. I must've been very unlucky, but then all of a sudden I was just allowed to change my pin. Not sure what changed it. Maybe if you're having issues with these solutions try and wait for a few hours and see if it finally allows you to change the pin.

I get the blue screen and when I click on „ troubleshoot ->advanced options -> Comand prompt. It asks me for a Password and when I type in my password it’s says „ password wrong“ even tho i typed it right PLEASE HELP ME

I don't have "advanced options" after clicking on troubleshooting. Is there another way to get to cmd or a completely different method to get past the login screen? Only other option I can think of is making a USB using someone else's machine to repair windows.

The “command prompt” does not load. It will let me select it, go to a pitch black screen, then turn off my keyboard/mouse and not let me do anything with my computer, including turning it off, unless I turn off my router.

Thank you, note to everyone make sure you select the drive to find system 32. Mine was using a tempory drive x so it said it was in use by another process when trying to load the hive.

I'm using a laptop with windows 11 and when I try that I don't get that Menu with the blue screen. Do you know why, also it sametimes gives an error message(explorer.exe - Systemerror) It would mean a lot to me because I don't want to lose everything on my laptop cause it's really important.
After clicking on any advenced option including command prompt it demands my microsoft account password as it is in your video. However, whether I type in my password or leave it blank it doesn't let me through. It says wrong password. Yet, Im sure that Im typing my correct windows password cause I checked it on my phone and the password is valid. Please help. I lost my pin screen. Cause I accedentally checked the diagnostic startup option before closing. The pin bar isn't available and I can't reach the advanced options as well.

Thanks, since my PE is broken too I used a mini windows 10 on thumbdrive. Lifesaver, now I can try running sfc and other tools after resetting my PIN.
My issue is that it asks me to choose an account to use command prompt and when I choose the account and enter the password it says it's incorrect so I can't access command prompt

Yeah right when you enter the system32 part of the process use the search bar up to change the disk to C: or where you windows was installed there you can find the system32 and proceed

Hello, I understand the problem of the password being wrong, you must enter the password of your Microsoft account after completing this process, not the password of your computer or laptop. Oh god, no one had mentioned this
If you can't find the desired file or you can't rename it, just choose another name, then that folder will be created and the warning that someone else is using it will not be displayed anymore.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
After the you enter the system32 folder, change the disk from the X: which is the boot disk to C: or the disk your windows was installed on, then find the system32 from there and continue with the reminder of the process

In my advanced options there is startup and uefi no command prompt is that possible to make it appear or is that unlocked through bios?
SOLVED
Install windows installation media on a USB drive on another computer. Plug the USB into the PC, and boot your PC into the USB drive by entering the boot manager (key will be different for different motherboards, mine was f11). When booted into the installation media, select your language and click next. Click on repair my computer, and open command prompt with shift+f10 or through the advanced options (I was unable to do this on my previous version of Windows because of the lack of a microsoft password). After that, simply type msconfig into the command prompt window, and then select a normal boot for your PC, rather than a selective boot.
If this doesn't work, you can use this command prompt menu, type in the name of your drive, most likely C: , and then:
cd windows\system32
copy magnify.exe
copy cmd.exe magnify.exe
Reboot and press windows and +
Type msconfig
Disable selective startup
