David, I think I speak for all your channel fans when I say that the length of your video's are NEVER too long, because the quality of that which is on the screen, more than makes up for any length that may seem longer than usual to you. Watching you work and build is VERY educational and entertaining. I look almost everyday to see when Plasmo & Scale Model Aircraft have new video's posted. I mean take a look, you just posted this video on February 4th and it already has just under 20,000 views and over 700 likes! That is incredible! Please keep building, and we'll keep watching my friend!! : )
Fantastic build! I'm from Poland, so for me this plane is special. Brave Czech,Slovak and Polish men fought for freedom on Spitfires, sadly when they returned home another occupation came. May they names never be forgotten!
Sorry for little bit longer video, but I have lot of video material from this build. I cut engine part a lot, so I will make a few tutorials with english comments. Anyway, thanks for watching. :-D
Those Polish pilots who flew them birds were the best ! So much owed to all of them. The level of detail that you put into the bird is just mind blowing. To say the least. Any words are not enough ! Nice nice ! Thanks
Seriously dude, your attention to even the smallest details never ceases to astound and amaze. the way you do the dash panel, the interier details like the joystick and foot pedals (and seatbelts) and even hand wiring the cockpit makes every single aicraft video you make a work of pure art. never stop making these models if it makes you as happy as it makes the rest of us to watch you work. Thank You Plasmo, I hope someday to be as good as you.
your videos have gotten me back into the hobby. i haven't built models since i was ten years old and now i have an airbrush setup and i'm banging out projects every week. thanks for the inspiration and guidance. your videos and commentary are really helpful to me and my son loves the planes i am building for him.
Well I must say, this model is an absolute masterpiece! Words cannot describe what I just saw. I learned more watching this one build then all the other videos out their. Best of show! Salute!
I just found your channel a week or two ago and have been binge-watching ever since. Your attention to detail is breathtaking. PLASMO videos are better than most medications for my OCD and anxiety. Thank you...Dr. Damek!!!
You never cease to amaze! Your attention to detail is amazing and great work with the etch. Painting and detailing really bring your models to the next level. Glad to hear you will be doing more in-depth videos with commentary. Keep 'em coming!
David, may I just say that your modelling skills are absolutely ELITE!!! Watching your videos is like I'm sitting in a class for modellers learning from a master. The Mods you perform are amazing. Please keep the videos coming.Lots of love from CANADA.!!
Once again incredible model craftsmanship I could watch your builds for quite sometime but never could I build to your level you are just the bees knees keep the videos coming
Beautiful modeling - as always. I find your videos as meditative as anything I can imagine. What a world of wonder and detail you create. Also, epic music - reminds me of something from "Once Upon a Time in the West". Keep you your exquisite work!!!
Amazing!!!!! So much detail!! I made a lot of small 1:72 planes when I was young and almost 40 years later I started this hobby again. Watching your video, I realise that I have a lot to learn! Subscribed to your channel.
Hi David. You don’t need to apologise for a damn thing; I and all your fans would watch a build video of any length just to see your work. You Sir, are a genius.
you HAVE to do the tamiya 1/32 spitfire mk 9. it has all the detail but the engine panels are magnetic and things like the wheels are removable to allow it been displayed flying gear up or with the gear down. i highly recomend it and its worth the slightly high price tag. altho this will be a hard vid to beat you put everything itno it and i only wish i could be half as good as you. and dont appologise for a longer vid or times vetween vids. you make them you set the time scale we will still watch
I'm not sure if you know but he has a very small work area. That is why most of his builds are 1/72. Maybe we all need to buy him a bigger place to live!
David as per usual the builds are up there .I've come to realise they're not so much builds as deconstruction and rebuild improvements keep it up and thank you
Hi there Dave, my god, what a job on your Spitfire, I was totally gobsmacked, I've never seen a better made Spitfire kit than yours, a truly fantastic job, well done.
David, parádne návody a super práca od teba.V mnohom pomôžeš začínajúcim i skúsenejším modelárom uverejňovaním tvojich výborne spracovaných modelov a videí.Prajem ti veľa modelárskych úspechov.
THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing your talent, your effort, and your art. Terrific skills and natural intuition - that is what it takes to produce such a labor of love as this masterpiece. Two thumbs up DD!
I know its a few years old but I really enjoyed watching it, well put together, music was OK and the model looked great too, thank you for sharing, AL.
Just to let you know I met Jeffrey Quill years ago and we both agree the MklX was the best Spit built. It was the most balanced yet with the most power without upsetting the balance. A truly beautiful bird.
Very enjoyable Thanks for your time ) I did a few spitfires where I reproduced the main structures Wings body tail section, seat dash ect in hardwood and any larger parts I was able to carve ! The rest was from the kits as well as add on's.
Applying the wash to a beautiful model at 20:19 is always a scary moment, as it seems you're ruining a perfect model, but the model comes out even better at 20:47. It's becoming monotonous but mr. Plasmo delivers another high level model, showing great skills.
Very nice work!!!! Incredible details, the model is very real, It´s perfect. I´m loving your work !!! Congratulations from Spain. Thank you for your videos
It's a pleasure to watch such a great detailed video with such magnificent attention to finish. Your tools are amazing too. Well done - one of the best vids I've ever seen on youtube!
I really enjoy your videos and your no-nonsense style of building. Your technique to me always seems...(forgive me) brutal, but "brutal" in the same way that an impressionist painter might appear while slashing away at a canvas with brushes and a palette knife. Like an seasoned artist, you certainly know what you're doing and how to efficiently achieve the effect you're going for. I watch your process and I see the finished piece and I think, "Wow."
One after another your works let me astonished. The level of detail that you put in every model is supreme. I want to see you assembling the 1/32 Heinkel-219 Uhu from Zoukei Mura. (I think, one of the most beautiful airplanes from second world war.) Thanks a lot for sharing your works. Is a pleasure see your videos.
Excelente trabajo. Te felicito. Mis conocimientos en pintar un modelo a escala no llegan ni al 10% de lo que tu sabes. Gracias por compartir tan excelente video.

People who think David's videos are too long are probably the same people who think they have too much money.

yes, If only other nationalities had also flown the Spitfire in defence of freedom.
They're not forgotten by many people in the UK.

This build was better than most movies being made. Great job. Beautiful Spitfire!!!! I'm a big fan of your work!!!! Thanks for sharing!!!!

No, I will build f-22 from Revell 1:72.
+PLASMO - plastic models, Fantastic work!!

I built a 1/72 Tamiya MK V with a Polish Sqn. livery.
Wish I was 1/48 scale so that I could sit in it lol Fantastic work.
As a model builder, and someone who's grandad was in 300, 302 & 303sqn. You've inspired me to up my game.

I was gobsmacked like a pie in the face watching the Instrument Panel Rear come to life with blobs of putty!
It's a pleasure to watch a true artist at his craft! One of my favorite builds.

Absolutely spectacular! A fantastic example of expert model making.
(... the 'thumbs down' for this video are a bit baffling??)
Masterful ! Quite therapeutic to watch and in awe with the attention to detail. Good stuff mate !
One handed decal application on it's own is a triumph. Thank you for your posts, they are very easy on the eye and inspired me to buy this kit.
This is absolutely astonishing. You have rendered me speechless. You are a tremendous inspiration to so many including myself. I'm glad I subscribed.
Once again incredible model craftsmanship I could watch your builds for quite sometime but never could I build to your level you are just the bees knees keep the videos coming
Super-build, such a subtle use of colors, weathering and the scratch-build, loving it.
Makes me want to build kits again. Stunning work, simply stunning.
