I agree because I detest when the power goes out.
My thoughts exactly, i never wish for actual tropical storms either. Tropical storms can kill people & do major property damage. We all just need 2-5 straight days of good & solid rain. We are too dry in southeast texas as well.

I live in Florida and yes - we need the rain. There is one thing I would like to know, why is there never any thunder or lightning with a tropical storm.?

I thought the American models were doing well this year... but maybe not in this case. So far the Euro model is much better, with an earlier and more accurate prediction. We'll see how it unfolds!
Cedar Key is a nice place, but man it always takes a hit.

They always get the track wrong!!! I bet it will go to Louisiana. Their tracking system is a guessing game. They only get it right when the storm is two days away from land.

Wishing for a tropical storm to get rainfall is incredibly dangerous... Rain or not, people with bad health don't need a storm, tropical or not... They need the power on to actually live... So many selfish people

With the speed of it and the rotation of the Earth. You should know exactly where it's going to hit exactly what time and what day. That's all just simple mathematics. Hakuna Matata infrastructure must be done all over the world.😂😂😂😂
